Hello, we are having some trouble while using this plugin. After changing placement to “Inside” within settings, we noticed huge gaps appearing in between the rows after expanding an item.

Is there anyway to resolve this issue?

Hello, We are experiencing several issues with the plugin all of a sudden. If you view our portfolio https://tinyfrog.com/our-work/ and go to page 4 or 5, you’ll see there are huge spacing gaps in between the portfolio rows. This is happening for multiple pages further back in the portfolio.

According to our dev team, the issue seems to be due to a miscalculation by the Colio plugin which places the items incorrectly.

Can you please offer any support on how we can fix this?

If we can’t find a solution soon, we’re going to look for alternative plugins or functionality.

Issue on mobile view: when I open a project and I scroll the page, the project close it, even if I don’t click to close it !

Hello, It looks like your plugin has a problem with Contact Form 7, respectively. with a page view after you send the message. After sending the message, the page is displayed abnormally, not the graphics but only the text. For Caldera Form, the message is sent, but the message does not appear. Can you please see where the problem is? Thank you. Lucy

Hi There, I am having two issues with the plug in: I am using it on my website kojosamuel.com.

When i play a youtube video embedded inside an item and use the arrow to move to the next item or close the item, the video continues to play. Is there a way to stop the video from playing once i move to the next item or close the item?

Secondly, when i use the option of opening the item in it’s current position, none of the navigation or close buttons work. This mean i have to use the option to open above of below. Is there a way to resolve this?

Hi, if you go link directly to a portfolio item you can see in the network tab a 3 second delay before it opens the portfolio item. Do you have any idea why there is a delay or what it is doing for those 3 seconds? This delay time is exactly the same on localhost or any server.

i really love your plugin – there is only one problem i’m experiencing: the first menu item always opens normally (no matter which one i choose), but then if i want to show a second one (no matter if i use the arrows or click on a random second one) i have to totally reload the site.

The item details didn’t show up when set Replacement to inside.
