Hello, I use Wpbakery on one of my sites and I can not add a URL to a module or other. When I select “Add Address” it opens a window to add the URL and at this point, I can not leave this window or add the URL, it tells me “set url” instead of “add url” and when i click on it i leave the page to direct myself to the articles of my site, would you have a solution to this problem or told me the syntax to add the url directly in gutenberg with the tags “link” for a banner?

I have WpBakery via a theme I purchased. There are issues with not being able to see images or icons when editing the theme. The theme owners told me to ask here. https://imgur.com/a/M8fngun Please see attached images of icons and missing assets. When I click save, all the items show up normally but not while editing.

When I click on the editor, I see the page in the background but it loads to infinity.

hi any option to display 2 columns media masonry grid on mobile?
Hello, This can be achieved with some CSS code customisation. You can use CSS media query: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_rwd_mediaqueries.asp and target the grid columns on mobile screen to change their with to 50%.

Hello, I’m about to purchase this as it looks like it can pretty much do anything in terms of web design. I have a question however.. would it be able to create a grid system like this? http://disasterpeace.com/music I simply want to be able to move around a grid without it opening up a new window or a lightbox that I would then need to click away/out of or hit escape to go back from.
Being able to move all the grid tiles together and customize the content they show within (as opposed to opening it and it showing me a “read more” thus sending me to a new page), would be preferable. A whole page experience for grids that would show say, media content like music (embded playlists).
Would I be able to do that with this and the advanced grid addon?
Hello, In our standard grids, the grid element can be linked to a post, opened in a lightbox or can be set to have no action. It does not support opening the item content and displaying it within the existing grid as shared in example page. However we do have many third party add-ons which you can check on codecanyon which might have such a functionality.

Hello, I am afraid, our standard grids supports only one filter. However, we do have many third party add-ons on codecanyon which might have such a functionality as many of them have their own grids. Do make sure that you re-confirm the same with the respective add-on author, before making any purchase.

Is there a “CSS Grid” element that we can use in WPBakery that is visual and uses the full capabilities of the “CSS Grid” specification? Similar to this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/grids/#description
I just find that only having a row with multiple columns quite limiting at times. I thought this would be a feature within WPBakery but it doesn’t appear so, at least from what I can see at the minute.
Could you please advise?
Hello, I am afraid, the plugin does not have such grid layout support as it’s layout is restricted by rows and columns. However, you can use multiple rows and different column layouts to create such grids of variable column width.

What PHP version is this compatible with? I think its compatible with 7.1 but not sure about 7.2 or 7.3.
