I made the translation in the program Poedit and downloaded it to the languages folder, but the system does not see them and nothing works. How to make the system see translations?

Hello Friend,

Upload to my site is required, the buy button does not appear until the customer uploads it.

It turns out that it is working in about 80% of cases, the person can only finish the order if you upload. 20% more orders will not upload and will be able to finalize the order. Or when the order finishes the upload file disappears, and for me the orders without uploads.

Currently “When the order is placed” is already selected. I should try changing to “When the payment is completed (thank you page)” Or should I keep: When the order is placed

This error message is appearing, could see for me if it is related to the upload not appearing in the order.

https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuUPujNKB6q2hpMCGC-EEGZseoAyOA

The “When the payment is completed (thank you page)” will associate the uploaded files to the order only when the user lands on the Thank you page after the payment is complete. So make sure that payment gateways are properly redirecting that page.

Try eventually enable the wordpress debug mode and debug log (https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ ) and see if the debug.log located in the wp-contet/ is reported any further clue related to the script contained in the woocommerce-upload-files. Try eventually checking also the server error log.

For what concerns the error message, as you can read in the dialog, it seems that a 3rd party plugin (in this case, the woocommerce mercadapago plugin) is including a javascript library that generates some errors that may prevent the configurator to properly work.
If you, however, are properly able to create the fields, you can ignore that message.

If you still continue experiencing the issue, try eventually disable the other 3rd party plugins. It could be that any of that (for, example, it could be that the woocommerce mercadapago is generating some interferences on the checkout process) may be interfering.

Hey I am looking at your WooCommerce UPload Files plugin.

Is there an option to disable the “Upload Selected File” when performing a drag and drop?

Example: User drags a file into the form and the code automatically uploads the file. The user does not then have to click “Upload Selected File”>?

Regards Scott

Hi,
for that you can the auto upload feature you find in the Options menu: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7xqzw322fj8jfac/wcuf_autoupload_2.jpg?dl=0

Note: to access that option you have to disable the “Enable quantity selection” option.

Give a try on the demo site to see if it works as you expect! If you need furhter info, feel free to ask!

Have a nice day! Great plugin, suitable for my project. There is a problem with the encoding on the “Uploads details sheet” page The site uses Russian. I am attaching a screenshot https://pastenow.ru/75ACP

Hi,
thank you for you appreciation :)

It sounds very srange. The Uploads details sheet is a “normal” php/html tempalte (you can see it by editing the “uploads_details_sheet_page.php” located in the “template” folder inside the plugin folder).

Without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause. It could depend on a browser character encoding issue.

Try forcing the UTF8 encoding by editing that template and in the head section (line 3) add something like:
<head>
<meta charset=utf-8>

Thank! This <meta charset = utf-8> solved the problem. The file “uploads_details_sheet_page.php” is encoded as “utf -8 without BOM.” Changed to “utf -8” the problem disappeared, without introducing an additional line <meta charset = utf-8> Please correct in the next update.

Thank you for letting me know! I’ll include in the next update!

hello, I want to ask is that after I did the demo, I left it to show on the checkout page but It was hidden , then i checked it with google chrome dev tool ,I discovered the existence of the code below : div id=” wcuf_checkout_ajax_container” style”opacity=0” ,Why style=”opacity:0”? It makes my code hidden,I corrected it later opacity:1 ,It appeared.OK ,Now comes the main point.after uploadfile I clicked the button name upload selected files but it didn’t load to 100% (did not load at all) it moved to bll page too,Then I went to the admin page, woocommerce -> order, I checked that there was no upload file and there was a notice Note: Click “Save Order” button after one or more file has been delete in order to save changes.

Customer hasn’t uploaded any file…yet. I did it like a demo, but the result wasn’t as expected. version I use:WordPress 5.2.4 WooCommerce 3.7.1 WooCommerce Upload Files:Version 52.3 Thank you . Looking forward to hearing from you soon

Excuse me, I’m a little bit confused.

For what concerns the CSS attributes, those are dynamically assigned by the plugin in order to fadeIn/fadeOut the upload area according the current upload field configuration. It is its normal behavior and has not to be altered.

For what concerns the upload process… what do you mean that you did like the demo site and your site is not working? Are you using the plugin in a site of yours?

to your account is not associated with any purchase and support license. To ask for support, you need to use the account you used to purchase the plugin.

Hey , excuse me , I explained a bit My boss bought this plug-in and put me to use it,I have full license and billing rights. .I did like the demo site , I put it on the checkout page, after billing form ,But when I check it is an empty area. I did like the demo site and my site is not working , i am using the plug in a site mine I am very worried because the term is coming.Help me please.

To ask for support you need to use the account used to purchase the plugin with a valid support licese associated with.

What I can say for now that most likely a 3rd party plugin is interfering. Try disabling all of them to see if any is interfering. Once done, enable one by one until you find the interfering one.

Hi when we have installed the plugin however we dont see the option to upload the image for it. We have seen the tutorial as well and did the same way however the option is not visible.

Please help the website under development is here: http://605.59f.myftpupload.com/

Hi,
it seems that your installation, for some reasons, is unable to properly load the plugin javascript assets: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ew1bq2ar72021z3/wcuf_loading_issue.jpg?dl=0

However, without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause.
Try enabling the wordpress debug mode and debug log (https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ ) and see if in the debug.log located in the wp-content/ folder any further clue is reported.

Please try eventually also disabling the other 3rd party plugins to see if any of them is interfering. Thank you.

I have been using the plugin and i started to get this message error when accessing admin console.

called console.log, with 1 argument(s)

Hi,
In which page are you exactly getting that message? What do you mean with “admin console”?

Could you use the demo site: https://www.codecanyon.eu/wcuf/wp-admin/ (user: demo, pass: demo) and report me if you are getting the same error?

Please make sure you have purged your cache and you are running the latest 52.3 version.

Please follow video. Th error shows when accessing the plugin https://eyeslick.com/hostnetdirect#?vid=10214

Unfortuantely without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause.

Could you please go to the Options menu and under the Show warning alert on Upload files configurator page select the No option: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7itql21xc4d0eaf/wcuf_js_warning_setting.jpg?dl=0 ?

Let me know if you still get the message. Thank you.

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a way to upload the file/image before selection of the product. In terms of user experience, I want the customer to first upload the image, before seeing any price or product option. Once that is done, I would send him to the shop, and the previously-uploaded file will be associated with the order.

Typically, I want him to upload an image on the frontpage, and then be redirected to the shop/product page.

Is that possible?

Thanks

I’m sorry, but unfortuantely the plugin is not designed to work in this way.

Hello my friend i have bought your plugin woocommerce upload file and it has caused serious damage to my website and i demand a refund.

Thank you waiting for your update

Hello,
could you provide a more detailed description of the issue you are getting? I’ll be glad to assist.

Note also that refunds have to be eventually asked through the special CodeCanyon form, not through comments.

Great plugin. Please can user with other roles access the files? I want the shop manager role to be able to access the file. any luck with that?

Yes, the shop admin can do that. You can also test it via te demo site where the “demo” user has the shop manager role.

kool. i checked the demo and noticed that after file upload, it also has a space for adding quantity and there is still the default woocommerce quantity feature making it 2. The add quantity feature for the file upload does not add up the price but the default add quantity feature below adds price which is kool.

Now it is possible to turn off the quantity feature attached to the file upload so customers dont get confused?

yes, through the Options menu you can disable the quantity selection trough the Enable quantity selection option: https://www.dropbox.com/s/s2wqkw3mrtjlmia/wcuf_quantity_selector_general_option.jpg?dl=0

I Have bought wcuf license and never used product support. Everything always works fine, but a day I click on uploads files configurator and get this message: Some of your installed plugin are generating javascript errors that MAY prevent WCUF configurator to work properly. Fix or disable them.

Error type: TypeError: document.querySelector(...) is null On script: http://mad2.com.br/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-mercadopago/assets/js/ticket_config_mercadopago.js?ver=5.2.4 Line: 3

it look likes a really mercadopago problem except for when I tried to identify the issue I deactivate mercadopago and all downloads configurations that I have created in WCUF disappear just for the first-time I did it. others deactivations preserve the recreated download configs. The error message above is shown always and only when the mercadopago is activated. I backed it up to another new server and created new site with mrecadopago e wcuf plugins and all is the same. Except for the situation above, all looks like mercadopago problem. Since I getting no return from mercadopago developers, who I got in contact fist, could you say something about? If want to get in touch with the issue I can send my credentials and breadcrumb in private. Thanks in advance.

It seems that they are including their javascript code in all admin pages (including the upload files configurator page) and not just in theirs. They could fix by just making sure that their custom code is not injected in other admin plugin pages.
I, however, cannot provide assistance for 3rd party issues.

What I can say is to try to update the plugin to the latest 52.3 version. You can manually download the new version via CodeCanyon or receive as an automatic update by installing and configuring the Envato updater plugin: https://goo.gl/pkJS33 (here the guide that explains how to configure: https://envato.com/market-plugin/ ). To manually update just deactivate and delete the old plugin version and then install the new one. Don’t worry you won’t lose any data

Once done, try activating the option to force reloading the 3rd party libraries on the configurator page: https://www.dropbox.com/s/a8es11to9f5v6gk/wcuf_js_notice.jpg?dl=0

Thanks a lot for your reply. I updated the version and made the configuration change (I have tried it before) but nothing happens, the msg remains, but the MercadoPago plugin author contacts me and your suggestion about admin pages injection was sent to them in hope that it can help reach the solution. Thanks.

You’re welcome :)

Hello After i install the program and try to configure recived tihis message error:

Uncaught TypeError: $ is not a function

Error in woocomercce-file-upload line 1222

What can i do in this situation

Hi,
It seems that a 3rd party plugin is including its javascript code in all admin pages (including the upload configuration page) instead of in just in its.
That code seems to be raising an error breaking the page.

Please try enabling the option to force reload javascript libraries through the Options menu: https://www.dropbox.com/s/a8es11to9f5v6gk/wcuf_js_notice.jpg?dl=0

If this doesn’t help, you need to disable all your 3rd party plugins and then enable one by one until you find the interfering one.

Let me know.

Done is working but when add product in cart show me this error : Notice: Undefined index: input in /home/persona4/public_html/wp-includes/kses.php on line 1155

I’m sorry, but as you can see from the file path, that error is raised by a core library of your WordPress core, not by a plugin script file.

If you edit that file, you will see that error is raised when improperly using the native WordPress wp_kses_attr_check function. The WooCommerce Upload Files, however, does never invoke that function.

What I can suggest is to try purging your server cache to see if you still get that notice and make sure you are running the latest version of both WooCommerce and WordPress. Try also disabling the other plugins to see if any is interfering/invoking that function.

Note also that that is only a notice not an error (it means that the site should not crash). If despite that notice, you are properly able to use your site, you can ignore it.
If you are getting those notices in frontend pages, you can disable the WordPress debug mode in order to not display them anymore.

The options I set do not appear on my product

has the option to enter values for each upload

To which options are you referring? What do you mean that they are not “appearing” on your products? Could you provide a more detailed description of the issue?

Note that thorugh the “Upload files configurator” page, you can create the upload fields. By clicking the “Show/hide fields” option button (green button) you can configure its settings. Each upload has its settings.

Through the “Options” menu you can instead configure the general options that will be eventually applied to all the existing upload fields.

Hello I have an issue that show when user upload photo and left the website before checkout, if he back again i have these issue: 1- when upload new photo the upload are show loading bar but after 30 second asked to upload again.

2- in facebook of instagram browser, the plugin not uploading the file. i will send you video for this issue by mail

I think it maybe cache issue, but i don’t know how to fix it. could you please help me to fix it

Hi,
  • this issue could depend on the fact that your server has some issue on managing the user session. This denies the plugin to properly associate the uploaded metadata to the current user profile. The result is that no upload has been performed. In this case, you should fix your server and make sure that PHP has been properly configured. It may be also that a 3rd party plugin is interfering resetting the user session. In this case, try disabling all 3rd party plugins to see if you still experience the issue. If not, enable one by one until you find the interfering one.
  • As reported in the plugin description page in the compability paragraph, it requires a fully HTML5 compliant browser in order to work
  • Error: Some of your installed plugin are generating javascript errors that MAY prevent WCUF configurator to work properly. Fix or disable them. Error type: Uncaught TypeError: $(...).parent(...).fitVids is not a function On script: /http://yourockphotographers.com/rockermember/wp-content/plugins/buddyboss-plataform/bp-core/admin/js/settings-page.js?ver=1.1.9 . Line 327

As you can read from the error message, it seems that a 3rd party plugin javascript library is generating some error preventing the WooCommerce Upload Files javascript libraries to be properly executed.
This happens because some 3rd party plugins are including their javascript libraries in all admin pages (not just in theirs) including the upload files configurator page.

Try enabling the special Force reloading 3rd party javascript library option: https://www.dropbox.com/s/i3hw7ka40mashra/wcuf_3rd_js.jpg?dl=0

If you still get the error, you have to disable all the 3rd party plugins. Then enable one by one until you find the interfering one. Once done, report it to its developer in order to fix it.

the message no longer appears, I can not configure the product, do you have any video step by step?

Sorry I’m confused, A step by step guide for what? Have you tried to enable the option I’ve reported in the previous comment? Have you tried to disable all the 3rd party plugins?

    Error in plugin

    Hi,

My customers are having trouble trying to upload different designs for the same product, everytime they add a new design, it shows the same image uploaded as the previous one in cart.

I enabled the products addable multiple times to cart but it’s still showing that. Can you help me please?

    Thank you.

Sounds very strange that even in a clean installation (disabling all the 3rd party plugins and the theme) you experience that issue.

If you send me via private message (click on my name and then use the low-right box) the following data:
    1. you email address
    2. full admin access to the wp-admin area
    3. a FTP access
    4. a detailed step by step guide on how to experience the issue
I’ll can try performing some further tests to see if it possible to determine the cause. Thank you.

Yes, usually I can find the culprit right away by deactivating the plugins but I this time I really can’t locate the conflict.

I just sent you the login info.

The steps are.. 1. Go to any product page, upload a picture, select color, choose size then add it to cart. 2. Go back to the same product page, upload another picture, select a different color and a different size then add to cart. 3. You will see that the second upload is the same as the first upload.

*the only way it works is if you choose the EXACT same variant, any slight difference in color or size would not work.

Let me know what you think.

Thank you, please check your inbox!
