hello, can a patient have a single number upon all his/her visit to my hospital in order to keep his/her record of treatment at a single page? or should be registered as new patient every time he visit the hospital. but this can hard to track his past treatment
Not from number but there will be created patient id and from there they will get every information.
I mean a revisit option if available that will use the same patient id every time he visit
