Don't waste your money, product will not activate and they want your password to fix. Don't think so
Without checking the issue how can we understand why the problem is happening? Finally you have offered us remotely access your site and check it. We have even told you to send us your remote access but after that you never even reply our mail. Then how can we fix it?

very good and useful software, but you need to work on your login by taking away the drop down option (User Role) also make the login page more attractive. Technology i beyond drop down *Chose a user role*
