You can’t change color from admin panel,there is no option like that.But if you know coding then you can change it from css file.

They will pay when they will visit the doctor.Now here there is no option like that.But if you want then you can customize it from us.
to add appointment should be possible from patient list, so it not take alot step to search patient ID
you can make appointment from patient panel not patient list.
