Documentation is awful, email setup particularly.

Cannot be used in production.

I am checking your demo, and see that you can add multiple currencies, and add a base conversion rate. Where is this rate used? in what conversions?
I can see that you can choose a currency when creating an invoice but the currency symbol on the preview while creating or editing an invoice stays as the default currency symbol, not the chosen currency. Only after invoice is created and saved, it shows the correct currency symbol.
When creating Bank and Cash accounts. It doesn’t ask for the account currency! So I need to manually convert each transaction amount to the actual account currency to get correct balance information?
It should add the account currency and use the conversion rate to get final reporting. But I need to see my balance in US$, CAD$, Euro separately. This cannot be done with your software, or am I missing something.
Also, when transferring between account it will simply move numbers and not care that the accounts may have different currencies.
Also the same applies to transactions. They are all entered with base currency, not their actual currency.

Does the Stripe integration work at all with iBilling?! I see several (purchased) users claiming that it doesn’t work, and none of those posts have gotten a reply from the developer. I tried to look it up in the documentation but the links are dead.

The worse thing with support from this company is if they don’t know the answer they just don’t reply to you, Ive spoke to them on live chat on their website and they answer the questions when they know the answers but soon as you ask a complicated question or one they don’t know the answer to they just ignore you. It would be better of them to reply with they don’t know or don’t understand instead of not replying to the question.

Hi I am just testing Business suite but have noticed an issue, if I go to accounting then click on view transactions it shows the transactions from the dates I put in with the total at the bottom. but if I download this to a pdf or any of the other options or select to print it the total does not show on this, I would need the total showing so I can print it off for my records, please get back to me on this.

How to create a balance for an invoice in the system..

Can you explain please?

I have several issues and I have contacted and issued support tickets without any luck.

1. Example: Invoice lists show as #00002, and if I see the invoice report it shows “invoice 4” these 2 numbers are not equally reflected, the number has to match for quick reference.

2. Quotes don’t follow the same invoice structure once created, for example: if the current invoice count is at #00089 and I create a quote, that quote has another number, once this quote is converted to an invoice it has to follow the same number sequence as the invoice (#00090) but this doesn’t happen and it’s very confusing.

Hi David, I see you have created several tickets and all tickets were replied. Regarding invoice numbering issue, we were not able to reproduce the problem. You can update the ticket with login access, we will check your configurations. You are asking to customize it for the Square payment gateway. We have separate plugin for the Square payment gateway, you can purchase it from our website- https://www.cloudonex.com/item/square-payment-gateway-for-usa
But now you are asking to make it to capture offline payments using card reader which is not possible from the web application according to the Square documentations.
