Hi, I am trying to register the purchase code on my site and it doesn’t seem to be working. I understand it can be used only on 2 sites and which is what I am trying to do. I have it working on a draft site but cannot activate on the live site. I am certain I have not used this purchase code on any other site. Could you kindly help. Thanks.

what do you mean that it is not working? Could you provide a more detailed description of the issue?

Please try activating using a fully HTML5 compliant browser like Chrome or FireFox. Try also eventually to temporarily disable all the 3rd party plugins.

Hi – I left you a comment earlier that the plugin would not install. I was trying to install the downloaded .zip file. Once I unzipped it and found another zip file within it, that one worked just fine :-)

Yes, you right. The zip you download from codecanyon cotains both the plugin and doc. You have to unzip it and install the plugin zip file you find in it! :)

We have more questions, we set up the upload on the checkout page (after checkout), then let CROP functionality in the images. If a person does not crop an image, they cannot upload the order.

Is there this possibility?

I’m sorry, it is not possible. The plugin gives the option to crop an image, but hasn’t any option to force the user to perform that action.

I installed and activated the plugin, also updated configurator settings as per demo version, but upload option is not enabled on the product page. i do not see anything related to uploads on the product page.

If you have not enabled the option to show it before the product is added to cart, you have to add it to cart before it is displayed.

In case of variable product, you have to first choose a variation and then the field will be displayed.

If the field is still not displayed, it could be that a 3rd party plugin is interfering. Try then disabling all of them and see if the issue still occurs. If not, enable one by one until you find the interfering one.

Salve. Alcuni clienti mi dicono che non riescono a concludere l’ordine perché non riescono a completare il caricamento di più files. Ho voluto provare personalmente ed effettivamente il plugin si “pianta” all11% di caricamento senza andare più avanti. Ho provato a caricare diverse centinaia di foto per volta ma ho riscontrato che lo fa anche solo con 150 foto. Da cosa può dipendere? Grazie

Purtroppo senza ulteriori dettagli è difficile stabilire la causa. Il problema potrebbe dipendere da un malfunzionamento del server, una sua errata configurazione o semplicemente da un interferenza di un plugin terze parti.

Prova ad abilitare la modalità di debug di wordpress e il debug log ( https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ ) rieffettuare il test e vedere se nel file debug.log (salvato nella cartella wp-content) sono riportati maggiori dettagli.

Prova eventualmente anche a disabilitare temporaneamente tutti i plugin terze parti, rieffettua il test e vedi se il problema si ripresenta.

Assicurati inoltre di utilizzare l’ultima versione (50.8) del plugin.

Fammi sapere il risultato di questi test.

Se ti fornisco un accesso admin al sito puoi vedere tu direttamente?

it seems that a 3rd party plugin is interfering or that you are running an old WooCommerce version that does not include the core javascript library “SelectWoo”.

As reported in the plugin requirements, make sure you are running at least WooCommerce 3.2 version.

If the issue still persists, try disabling all the 3rd party plugins. Then enable one by one until you find the interfering one. Once done, report to its developer in order to fix it.

We want to renew our subscription to your plugin but have a compatibility issue with another plugin (Extra Product Options: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/7908619):

1. We add a file upload to a product 2. We add the product to the cart, upload is there. 3. We click on “Edit Cart” 4. The file upload is missing and if you click “Update Cart”, the file will be removed from the product in the cart.

Hi We have had a customer order from our website using uploaded images, feeback & the attached image & feedback did not come through on the order on the WP order dashboard or email. Can you confirm why?

As reported in the plugin description page, sunder the Compability paragraph, the plugin requires a fully HTML5 compliant browser in order to work. Officially it only supports desktop versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Make sure that on mobile you are using a fully HTML5 standard-compliant browser. If it is not, there is any “fix” that can be implemented to grant support for that missing standard support

Hi I have purchased 2 licenses of the plugin for the same web site because it has 2 different domain names: one for spanish and other for english, I am using WPML but I am not able to activate the plugin on both domains because when I activated one the other gets deactivated. Is there some possible solution?

When we use the shortcode of your extension [wcuf_upload_form] in the cart it just shows an empty white area. Do you know how to fix this?

We want the uploader and the cart to be next to eachother. Not stacked on eachother. I hope you can help us.

Hi Jordy , please refer to the Shortcode paragraph in the plugin description page for more details.

If you want custom render the upload in the cart page, you have to use the [wcuf_cart_page_upload_form]. You have also to disable the standard upload managment for the cart page by using the special Disable upload field standard managment option you find in the Options menu.

Hey, just a heads up I found a bug in the most recent version where Admin-Ajax was still trying to be called from the vanquish demo site. I managed to resolve myself referencing an old version of the plugin but you might wish to fix on next update.

yes, you can configure the upload field to be visible/hidden for specific products or categories.

the Envato license agreement policy only allows you to use the plugin in one end product, not one end product at a time.

You, however, have a second license for testing purpose. Once you consumed both, they cannot be revoked.

You have to purchase a new license for the new end products in which you are willing to use the software.

I am using this great Plugin for one of my Client Site. Here is what I am trying so hard to achieve, but not able to get what I want.

What We are Looking for ?

Multiple Products from different categories can be added to cart. Each product has different uploaded files.

For example :

Product 1 is set to accept 3 files and is ordered 3 quantity in the cart. Plus, product 2 is set to accept 4 files and is ordered 4 quantity in the cart.

So in total , two different products are ordered with total cart quantity : 7

and the Uploaded files I want on thankyou page is {3×3 + 4×4 } = 25 Files

But they have to be shown individually .

Like

Below Product 1 : 9 images to be uploaded Below Product 2 : 16 images to be uploaded

This is how I want it to be configured. But i am not able to figure out how to set this up.

I’m really sorry but that cannot be achieved that :(

For an upload field, you can set that the min/max uploadable files quantity (that can be fixed or depend on the cart quantity). It, however, hasn’t any feature to set a fixed number of uploadable files that are lately multiplied by the cart quantity.

We have a strange issue: the mail sent to admin is not recognized as html and we see the full html code in the body of the mail. If we check the properties of the mail in Outlook or any other mail client the type is set to Text and not html.

These lines of code are not in the head section of the email, they are included in the body:

the plugin just inserts uploaded related data in existing WooCommerce notification email or sends notification just using the WooCommerce native methods.

It is not including that kind custom html.

From the code you shared, it seems that a 3rd party plugin is inserting its custom data, in this case, it seems to be metadata related to Facebook.

This, however, doesn’t depend on WooCommerce Upload Files. What I can suggest is to try disabling the other 3rd party plugins (starting from the ones related to Facebook) to see if you still experiecing this kind of issue. If not, enable one by one until you find the one interfering and report to its developer.

I am using the Woo product bundle that is working well, and your upload plugin works well. but unfortunately it always only allows me to setup upload limit for the first bundle in the cart and it doesn’t add them all up and then allow me to upload as many as needed by all the bundles. Can you help with this? Thank you!

unfortuantely the plugin hasn’t any support for bundle products plugin and its features (like managing all the products included in a bundle) :(

How to get the attach file (or link of file) in an order email. Now I just get Order in an email and attach file in another email (like notification email)

files can be attached only to the notification email or to the “new Order” email.
