Hello. Thank you for purchasing. It happens because a cache plugin used. The plugin caches the nonce field and triggered protection. You can try other cache plugin or disable nonce protection of the CallBack widget. I can explain how to disable the protection.

You know what, better yet. Just refund me for the purchase. I don’t want this buggy software. It’s riddled with bugs and it isn’t working properly and obviously isn’t where it needs to be. Furthermore, all it does is send an email to me. I can do the same thing with an image on my page that goes to an email form and asks the user for their contact info. This is nothing special and does nothing different than a contact form would do for me. Please refund my purchase right away!

it is not very intuitive to click to enter the name. It would be better if you enter the name after entering the phone number by clicking “Call me”
