Напишите мне через контактную форму профиля на и-меил и приложите архив с плагином, я вышлю вам в ответ пофикшенную версию. 2. Так задумано, что иконка проваливается немного за экран, чтоб вашим пользователям не заслонять много места на экране.

I have been talking to the client and some more developers that i know in Ukraine. ( I am using Russian version of the plugin)
There are few issues that i would like to address.
1) Almost no one is actually writing down their name (That is because it is very counter intuitive to press “Вам” or “You” in order to write down the name. I think it would be a great idea to add 1 field where users write their name down. Could you do that? Or can i change it somehow?
2) The button “I am waiting for the call”. It is too small and “I am waiting for the call” is cut down to “ЖДУ ЗВ…” This doesn’t look good. I think if you would leave just “I am waiting” aka “ЖДУ” that would be A LOT Better. Again is this possible to do?
3) Within the mobile version of the website the Call Button cut, like it doesn’t fit on the screen fully. How can you move the button on mobile, or how can this be fixed?
4) Notification Emails are sent with the delay for some reason? As far as I understood, the system/scrypt is checking wether there are any new requests every 30 minutes or so? If there are any it send them later? Or how does it work?

1) I’m planing to implement a functionality that allows to move the name field at the first position before phone field. This will be in the future release.
2) I’ll fix it in the next release (fonts issues).
3) The button of the widget have negative position to show more free space for user.
4) There is not any sending delay. Change the destination email adress. Issue is on email company side.

But i dont understand one thing. Before i buy your plugin, i tested the free version from wordpress.org and works fine. Then i purchased the PRO here. The Pro Version works not. When i want to save the changes in the settings, i have 500 Error page, so i can not make changes.
This is not the first Pro Plugin that not works, but the free version working at all. And my question is, why the free version works perfect and the PRO works not?
Can anybody explain it? Its very strange… But ok, i am using now the free version and works fine, maybe later when you do some updates, it will work…

I know why, the free version i used is compatible with Wordpress 3.0.1+ but the pro version from envato is +4.7…
What can i do to get to work the Pro Version? Can you do something to make it to work on wordpress 4.4?
Or maybe you can add the settings from the Envato version to the free version, so i can also use the mail notification etc…

Just purchased it. The purpose was to see it on mobile devices. The free version lacks only this functionality so that why I purchased the pro version so that I can see it on mobile devices too. However, after installing and even clearing all caches, I cannot see it on mobile devices.

Hello, @valeryler. I don’t like to complicate life to users. So I set only one field which is required. I think you need mostly phone number.
So name is not required and users have to swich the form to type this.
