Hi, Recent Update (V6.0.4) is causing issues with padding CSS properties of theme and other plugins. We need to use ”!important” to make everything work again. This will require changes in many CSS. Kindly look into the same.We have rollbacked to V6.0.3 again due to this.

Thank you for the response. But as we have live payment gateway integrated with the website, we might not be able to share credentials. But let me tell you what is an issue so that it can be addressed in the upcoming updates.
we had following CSS in many pages…..
.page-id-376 .vce-post { margin-top: 0; padding-top: 0; }
suddenly after updating to version 6.0.4, padding-top: 0; started to having no effect…if we chage it to “padding-top: 0 !important;” it is working fine. But we have to make this changes in at many places then. and wordpress also warned with the use of ”!important” as you know.
You can check what is causing this issue in update of 6.0.4. Not only padding-top, but all padding properties are affected due to this. We have temporarily moved to version 6.0.3 and will wait for the solution in the next update. Hope it will be resolved soon in the next update.

Hello I am getting the error below when trying to insert any image with wpbakery page builder. We use PHP 7.3. Tried downgrading to version 6.0.3 but it still will not insert an image. Images could be inserted from the wordpress media gallery before the update to version 6.0.4. We now cannot update our website with images. Please help.

Still no fix for the rendering of custom shortcodes in textblocks etc. I had to revert back to 6.0.2.

Hello.
Yesterday I installed WordPress in localhost in conjunction with the Constructo theme that brings in its package, the WPBakery plugin.
Everything worked 100% since setting and editing the theme as requested by my client.
I sent the files to the server where my domain is hosted for the client to view and it also worked 100%.
He approved the project and this morning I did the procedure by sending the files to the server where the client domain is hosted.
When installing and activating the WPBakery plugin, WordPress goes blank and will not open anything else. When I remove the plugin via cPanel, WordPress works again, but the theme becomes unconfigured because it needs it to work.
Can you tell me the reason?

Hello Rohan. Thank you for responding, the issue has been resolved. The hosting contracted by my client was with the version of PHP 7.3. We returned to 7.2 and it worked perfectly.
I noticed an error on your KB article for custom fonts (https://www.themepunch.com/faq/use-your-own-fonts/). The very last screenshot showing the CSS, should show ”.my-custom-font” instead of ”.my-custom-class”.

The latest version of the plugin 6.0.4 is not allowing photos to be inserted into posts. It was ok until I upgraded to PHP 7.3. I saw someone else having the same issue and it was recommended to download the newest version as of 7/16 which I did but the problem persists. Any other recommendation?

I left a review about this plugin and you responded. However, your facts are wrong. Completely and utterly wrong. And I’ve even had discussions with you and Yoast about this on Twitter and Git. Neither of you took action and did anything about it.
Your plugin is an SEO killer. For five years we’ve been wondering why none of our custom headings with H2 tags weren’t being seen by analyzers and come to find out your custom heading module doesn’t allow them to see the H2 tag. No matter what you say.
Oh, and I did write support last year about this and you guys still haven’t figured out why it’s not working.
Try it for yourself and see. I am not making this up.
Hello, The custom heading elements render using the tag which is specified in it’s settings. The yoast plugin analysis might not be able to detect it as it fails to parse the content rendered using the shortcodes. However, search engines like Google can detect the html code which is rendered and hence can index it.

Prove that Google can. I bet you you can’t. If Alexa, the biggest SEO analyzer in the world can’t than neither can Google bots.

You failed miserably on WooRank. Even on SEO site checkup you didn’t score well. However you are right. Somehow your headings are rendering, but that’s not the case with the 400+ clients we have that spent good money on your plugin.
I updated this morning but cannot save the Design Options. I do not use Woo Commerce: “Design Options could not be saved. Error: ’//www.saint-peter.org/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/less/vendor/woocommerce.less?v=6.0.4’ wasn’t found (404)”

Hello, As the license is purchased via envato, in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

The latest version of the plugin 6.0.4 is not allowing photos to be inserted into posts. I had to downgrade the plugin to the previous version to restore media uploads.
Also, it has been nearly a month and the media post filter is still not working. Please give me a timeline when the filter will be working again. You can reference ticket #79330. You had me downgrade to version 5.7 which I am still running on a few websites until you fix the issue. Thanks.
