I think you forgot to enter queries :-)

Hi, I have a pre-sale question.

Is this possible?:

Globally a max of 6 quantity in cart.

When there isn’t any coupon active a max of 0 quantity. When user has submitted 1 coupon a max of 2 quantity. When user has submitted 2 coupons a max of 4 quantity. When user has submitted 3 coupons a max of 6 quantity.

Hope this is possible!!

Limit quantity based on applied coupon is not part of plugin functionality. It is possible using customization. We can help you to achieve the same as custom service

Dear developer, Do you know if your plugin is compatible with “WooCommerce Product Add-Ons Ultimate”? (https://pluginrepublic.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-product-add-ons-ultimate/)

Let me know and thank you very much

Hi, We didn’t tested our plugin with this one. What kind of compatibility are you expecting? Both plugin offers different functionality

Hi, I just bought it and works!

Great. Happy to hear that!

Hello, is your plugin compatible with the product bundle and composite product extension by WooCommerce?

I would like to place quantity minimum on simple products, but include them as part of a bundle or composite product which either have their own quantity minimum or none. The qty. restriction placed on simple products cannot be applied to the bundles and/or composite products they are part of.

Please let me know if this is possible with your plugin. Thank you!

Hi, we are not sure about bundle product but for composite product min/max rules are ignored

Do you support WP ALL Import, that customer can import an csv or excel table and can set the steps for quantity automatically?

Great. Works!

Thank you

I’m interested in this plugin. I basically run a free pay shipping drop shipping store so I need a plugin that will allow me not let a person checkout if they have more than 1 item from a specific product category. Will this plugin allow me to do this? I can see that I can set a maximum quantity per product, but I would basically need to set a maximum quantity from a specific product category per order. The reason for wanting to do this is because I don’t want a person to checkout with like 10 free items (priced at $0) in one order and only pay shipping once. Please let me know. Thanks.

Yes, you can set minimum and maximum quantity for each category

Hi, I’m wondering if I purchase this and can’t get it to do what I want am I able to get a refund if within 14 days?

Let us know your need so that we can tell you plugin is suitable for you or not.

Does this plugin works with YITH WooCommerce Product Bundles ?

Can you please send a plugin at wpeliteplugins@gmail.com

Emailed. Thanks.

Hi! I’m a developer working on a client’s site. I discovered that this plugin version 2.0.7 conflicts with WooCommerce Subscriptions 2.6.1, causing simple subscription products to give an error when the item is in the shopping cart. I shared this with WooCommerce Subscriptions as well.

As of right now – I deactivated the Min-Max plugin.

Wanted to let your team know! Thank you so much.

Thank you. Can you please share a subscription plugin at wpeliteplugins@gmail.com. We will check and resolve the issue if there is any.

Is it possible to set up a minimum items quantity (total cart) and/or minimum price (total cart) and IF customers just meet ONLY ONE of these rules they could proceed to check.out?

Plugin will validate both on cart. It will require customisation if you need to allow place order when any one condition meet

Hi, I’m very interested in your plugin. Can you please tell me if I can:

1. Set initial order amount by category. So for category 1, Add to Cart button will add 6 more items to cart every time you click it. This is NOT a minimum amount.

2. Display the initial order amount inside the Add to Cart button. So for category 1 the Add to Cart button will read “Add 6 to cart”. Would this be extra customisation?

3. Set increment / step amount by category. So for category 1 if they edit their cart they can click the + / – buttons to move in increments of 2, not 6. They can order 4 items if they want.

Thanks!

Hi, thank you for your fast reply! I’m sorry, I used confusing language.

1) and 2) I mean the Add to Cart button as seen here:

http://blueislandpress.com.au/product-category/ranges/new-artistsnew-ranges/ida-rentoul-outhwaite-new-artistsnew-ranges/large-cards-ida-rentoul-outhwaite-new-artistsnew-ranges/

It has the function of adding 6 items every time you click, and it also shows the words “Add x6 to cart”.

If I am selling single books as items, I want books in category 1 to be added 6 at a time into the cart, and books in category 2 to be added 10 at a time.

3) Great to hear! Thanks. Is this independent of the quantity described in 1) and 2)?

Plugin will restrict quantity category wise. For example group of 6 defined in category 1 then any number of product can be added to cart but quantity should be multiple of 6. At a time, it can’t add 6 product. For that you need to define group of in product.

I purchased the plugin to set the minimum order on our website to $500. We are only using PayPal Express checkout on the website so users are not going to the checkout page. They are checking out via the Cart page. It appears you can still make a purchase under $500 even with the correct settings. Is there possibly a way to hide the PayPal buttons on the cart page until the total of $500 is reached? Any other ideas how to stop clients from using the PayPal checkout on the cart page?

Yes we can help you, please contact us at wpeliteplugins@gmail.com with required details.

Email sent from my name!

Can we make cart empty if some one add products from different category e.g. I f we have products from category A and we add product from category B the user should get an message “you can add product from one category at a time” and the cart goes empty.

Plugin doesn’t provide this functionality but it is possible with customization. We can help you as custom service for this functionality

We have resolved this warning in latest version. We will release it soon. It’s just warning so functionality will work.

Hi, can we add a custom message in HTML based on the product? Can we also hide the add to cart button or disable it if max qty is reached?

Yes, you can add custom message in HTML. Plugin will give error if user try to buy more then defined maximum quantity.

Can we disable the add to cart button if max quantity is reached instead of the customer clicking add to cart and only to find out that there is a max quantity?

By default plugin doesn’t provide this functionality but it is possible with customization. We can help you to to achieve this as custom service.

Hi, I just installed your plugin but I´m having trouble configuring it.

I have a product with variations, one of those has a minimum of 100 and the step of 100. When I try to add 100 or 200 or 300 to the cart it says that is not a valid value, that the most proximate valid values are 99 and 101.

Can you help me with this?

Best regards

Already did

Hello, we just purchased your plugin and it works great so far. The only thing we noticed is that we don’t get notifications if a user adds less or not exactly the quantity we have set up including the step and also that the user can add manually quantity 3 for example in a product that has minimum 6 quantity (and step x 6) and again doesn’t get any message for this.

You can check the errors we found here – https://e-costos.gr/potiri-oyiski-skalisto-retro-32-cl-6-tem/. This product has 6 minimum quantity and step x 6 but user doesn’t get any alert just says “there are some problems in your cart please fix them”. Thank you!

I don’t see quantity field on the link you provided. Can you please create a support ticket and our technical team will help you there.
