I saw the email. Twice in the short space of time your form has done the same thing and I’ve found an alternative option. My client wasn’t receiving your emails (which could be their problem but you took too long to help) and your form wouldn’t format properly from the website. It only worked in the back end widget.

Yes, you can attach the types of files you’ve mentioned to the form with our plugin. To let your users attach these types of files, you need to add Attachment field while constructing your form, and set Allowed File Types to Any.

With the way our plugin works, you can set the plugin to perform one of the following actions after a form is submitted – display a thank you message, redirect to a specified page or hide form.

So far the set of controls is the same for both plugins. However, we plan to develop them in different ways, and the Contact Form plugin will mostly offer controls for the creation of a contact form as such, and the Form Builder plugin will have a wider functionality and allow you to create different types of forms.

I asked because I’ve seen the same set of elementes in both demo So, “Contact form” will be developed in way as like as “Contact form 7” (simple and just contact form). And “Form Builder” will have wider functionallity and contact form could be made with this plugin? Anyway, why need both if contact form could be made with Form Builder? :))

Eventually, Form Builder will be way more complicated than Contact Form. So if, for example, you run a small site and you just want to give your visitors a quick and simple way of contacting you, Contact Form is your choice. And if you have a more complicated use-case, with multi-step forms, the Form Builder plugin will be a far better option.

Conditional logic and mathematics are not supported yet, however, we have these features on the roadmap for our future updates, and right now we’re collecting user feedback. Would it be an option for you to explain your use-case in more detail? Anything you can share will be a huge help.

You will see this entire section in your admin panel, and use the settings tab on the left to configure your plugin, which you will see in the preview section on the right. After you save the configured plugin, you’ll get a shortcode to install to your webpge. Your website’s visitors will only see the form itself, they won’t see the settings tab.

You can add as many elements as you need to your form, there is no limit.

Your plugin should work fine without being activated with the license, so this is not what’s causing the issue.

However, support is provided only for purchased items that have the license code, so it would be a good idea to get one, as in this case we’ll be able to help you with this issue.
