Hello, I currently have on my site installed the theme Woodmart Version: 3.1.1 in my WordPress, which has version 5.0.4. Additionally I have the WP Real Media Library plugin in version 4.5.1. My website is www.lospinos-sa-com
The problem that I currently have is that when entering Media, none of the folders appears and it does not show any of the media uploaded to the site. I tried deactivating the rest of the plugins that I have in my site and the errror has not been solved.
However, by doing tests I have installed version 3.4.8 that comes in the download folder of your plugin, and with this old version everything works fine. I know that in this way the problem is solved for now, but the ideal is to keep the latest version created on my site to avoid security problems.

Hello, I have Real Media Library installed together with Beaver Builder and when I’m going to insert an image I get the following error: Visual editor has detected a plugin conflict that is preventing the page from saving.
(In technical terms there’s probably a PHP error in Ajax.)

The version of Real Media Library is 4.5.1, of Beaver Builder 2.2.3.3 and of WordPress 4.9.9 When the plugin is disabled the error stops happening. Thank you

Hi Matthias, ich selbst hab nichts derartiges finden können. Habe noch jemand anderen draufschauen lassen, um sicher zu gehen, daher auch erst heute die Rückmeldung. Aber Fehlanzeige. Das Update auf 4.5.1 haben wir allerdings auch von Version 2.4.2 eingespielt. Vielleicht liegt es daran?

Es ist das Plugin “Adminimize” (1.11.4), dass mit “Real Media Library” (4.5.1) nicht harmoniert. Auf einer anderen Seite haben wir “RML” 4.0.3 installiert und ebenfalls Adminimize 1.11.4. Da läuft es reibungslos. Es muss also irgendwo auf dem Weg von 4.0.3 zu 4.5.1 etwas passiert sein. Hast du ne Ahnung?
Abgesehen davon gibt es aber ein weiteres Problem. Die Zuordnung ist weg. Alle Medien liegen unter “Unorganisiert”. Selbst wenn ausschließlich RML aktiv ist und alle anderen Plugins deaktiviert sind.
Und abschließend: Es betrifft im Grunde nur die Search-Box, die alles überlappt. Man sieht eine große Box über allem und mittig eine Lupe. Wenn ich die Box, also aiot-search, auf display:none stelle, scheint das Plugin reibungslos zu funktionieren.

Hello just purchased the plugin. I have a multisite setup with network shared media library. images are synced from primary site to all other sites. physically located in one location. Can you tell me how can I make your plugin work correctly in this multisite shared media library environment. I want to folderize /categorize the image and the settings should be synced with other sites. I am using network media library plugin for the shared media environment.

The lines the error is referencing are FolderShortcode.class.php : // RML order is only available with ASC if ($atts[“orderby”] "rml" || $out['orderby'] “rml”) { $out[“orderby”] = “menu_order ID”; } I do not see any references to a shortcode related to RML on my website. I also do not see any information for a RML shortcode on your website.

Firefox aktuelle Version und dann einloggen und in Konsole öffnen (Entwicklertools)
Generell kann man diesen Fehler ignorieren, da es nur angezeigt wird, sobald man eingeloggt ist und es von einer offiziellen Bibliothek es7-shim stammt (https://github.com/es-shims/es7-shim), welche dahingegen angepasst werden muss. Ich werde es aber für die nächste Version, was machbar ist. Beste Grüße, Matthias

I added the plugin, added the licence code. In the Media Library when I create a new folder after a refresh I receive “No folders found” message.
but in the export function I got this:

So it is saved but I think something is not set.
Found the issue.
Wordpress plugin SuperPWA forced the browser to cache the tree.
As a workaround the PWA plugin is removed and in browser the service worker also manually unregistered.
Waiting for official solution as we need the PWA plugin!

Hello, is the “Media File Renamer” plugin (By Jordy Meow) required (or suggested) to work with your plugin (in order to auto refresh files in directories)?
Hi there! I think you mean the Add-On Real Physical Media? The Add-On works with media rename handlers. Currently only Media File Renamer is registered as handler but with custom coding you can use your own rename handler. Otherwise Real Media Library can be used without both plugins because it is organized visually only. Best regards, Matthew
There’s a bug. When I create a folder in Korean, two messages appear at the same time: successful and already existing folders. It’s not a bug that has a problem with its function, but I hope it will be resolved.

I had similar issues with other customers and it was always an outdated cURL package in your linux installation (because the license server is HTTPS). Perhaps you can ask your hosting provider.
