Hello mate, Can I allow my user to be agents (for example) which means each one register and allow his/her users to print quote by his logo and his information For instance, my user X is Company, then they but their own products and logo and information and print their quotations/invoices. Same as company Y add their own information and so on Thanks in advanced mate

Hello, i am very interested in this product but i am in need of the following features, does it support this?: Go to each customer and see old repairs and what products the customer bought earlier. So i only need to create repairs for selected customers.

Hi thanks for your interest. Please note that the repair module is a premium plugin you will need to purchase separatly. That said, you can see on clients tab a link to client’s orders, I don’t know if it is what you mean, check it out. On client dashboard, they have a tab to see all repairs. Let me know

Hi, yes you’re right. I have been a bit busy and I think I will update the documentation for next week. In fact new releases show quick summary on Update page to point out new features. Premium plugins is a new way to implement users specific needs as separated plugins. The first one is a Repair module for people running electronic business. You can create a Repair sheet, notify customers on each step, set appointment and automatically bill with additional parts ordered etc. Have a look on demo server. I started a store here, where others can sell premium add on (store.mmanager.fr) Thanks

I just purchased the system and has few question:

1. I set Unit of measurement as KG but there is no way for me to set the value. I want to set the weight of each product

2. Anyway to implement shipping fee? All of our sales are based from online purchase. Our sales person need to key in shipping charges.

3. What is the purpose of setting Purchase Price and Profit (%) independently? As our profit = (sales price – purchase price) /100. Is the difference affect the report?

I can answer now the 3). Some users want to define a fix profit. Let’s say, the purchase $100, they want a 15% profit but don’t want to compute. So the app calculates the selling price.

Hi, with 2.x branch you have to click on Update button. If you don’t want final user to run update, copy the update.phtml file from themes/darkblue/default/modules/settings to themes/darkblue/custom/modules/settings and remove the button. Then in the dashboard, choose Custom theme. this way, your udpate file won’t change. If you need to edit a module view here you go.

For core controllers it is up to you. Any change can be saved.

Hi, I made lot of tests on the system to isolate what was causing Not acceptable error. It seems to be a typo, a non-supported character or missing tag. In fact, when I remove all the content in quote/invoice notifications, all work well. Give me one more day to check the notifications to see what is wrong in format.

Hi mate, I have tested many things. It seems like your host set a security option to prevent html in post request. In fact, when I use plain text, as you can test, it works fine. When I set html, I get the 406 error “Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

2 solutions then. 1) You can live edit your templates in notification/fr-FR/invoices folders…. They will be used while sending emails. All will be fine. 2) Ask your host to check the Not Acceptable issue. You can explain that html is generated by summernote and sent to server with jQuery.post()

3) To help you, if you have a ready to use notifications emails, I can set them in files so you won’t need to change in frontend.

Hi, Yes, if you mean separate staff members, operators in the same business. You have a complete user roles, privileges options to define what users can do and a reward programm if you give bonus per sales etc.

Go in the settings to see this feature.

Hi There, I see your app has a Time tracker. How does that work? Are you able to set your employees hourly rate, and they are able to clock in and out via their login? Or least see how many hours your employee worked?

Clients can approve quotes. An encrypted link is added to email notification. Once clicked, invoice is generated. They also have a dashboard and can see all their data. To try it, just register yourself as client.

Created a client and tried to login with the email and password but kept getting “Incorrect Login”

No, client never use admin portal. Create an invoice for this client and send via email. You will receive the invoice and at the bottom you will see the My Account link. Then you will use the password generated by the system.

Hi guys, this app is great, however when creating a Purchase Order we cannot currently change the currency, which needs to be able to be done.

When creating invoices/quotes, etc. it is okay to use the main system currency, however when creating purchase orders we are often dealing with foreign business who quote in their own currency. Therefore purchase orders need to be able to be created using that currency, rather than the system one.

Can this be implemented in the next update?

Hi, Thanks for your interest. What currencies do you use ? Because we have a live exchange rate feature that does not support all currencies.

Hi! Nice! I was wondering:

1 I noticed on the quotation pdf a line says: “If you have any questions regarding this invoice please…”. The same line is on the invoice PDF. I assume that line can be changed on quote and/or invoice (templates?).

2 Import bank statement: .OFX file. My bank (Netherlands) doesn’t use ofx files anylonger since 2013. Is there an other way? Like for ex. import CSV in a table in MySQL phpmyadmin, and then i copy the table to another? My bank do offer CSV.

2.5 Can i see an example of how this import on screen works? i don’t have an ofx file… Is it about connecting payments(bank accountnumbers) to invoices?

3 Is the webapp running on MySQL(i) database?

4 In the doc i read something about ‘reminders’ when invoices are overdue? Where can i find these options?

5 Is there something in i can sent reminders and after certain days add costs to an invoice or to a reminder PDF if it still isn’t payed?

6 I think i’m missing something like a hyperlink to a customer portal? I do see a password field in the modal adding a client/customer, where can clients login i assume? Is there a demo for that?
