To trigger our plugin from a link in the navigation, you need to implement a popup window that will come up on a click on this link, and to add our plugin’s shortcode to the popup.

Can I use a menu link to trigger the floating form? I have a form set yup for booking requests and as well as the floating button I’d like to add a ‘Book’ button in the top menu.

My use case is having a multi stage form (survey) on a Wordpress website
Step 1 – basic customer details are captured Step 2 – Customer sees a video (emded code from YouTube or other platform) Step 3 – Customer fills in a comment
- I want all this details (Step1 and Step 2) exportable in CSV/ XLS format
I tried your example on your website, but the embed code did not seem to work, need to know if it will work with your wordpress plugin for this kind of Use Case

Unfortunately, the option of setting a different object for each form submit is not supported yet, however, this functionality will be implemented in one of the future updates. Information about the specific page where the message was submitted will be included in your email by default, though.

Question: Is it possible to customize the e-mail subject with the name of the page? Let me explain better we have to build around 1,000 pages of items / portfolios and we would like to insert only 1 shortcode to be included in the theme code, it would be useful to understand from which page comes the request to have in the subject of the email the name of the page from which the request starts . To get a new purchase code, you need to buy another license. According to the terms of the Envato user license, you can use one plugin on only one website.And you can have only one purchase code for one purchased item.

Hi We are interesting to have this plugin, to do some surveys/feedback forms for our customers. One question came up, if the answers are stored or can get used to publish them to a testimonial plugin, or any other custom fields (CPT/ACF) plugin?

Hi I downloaded this plugin from Elements and I can’t seem to use the plugin as it says: captcha token is missing. I even set it to off. I wonder how i can make it work? Also, I saw in the update that translation is in the backend, when will the Elements plugin be updated? Thanks in advance Jian

The plugins on Envato Elements get automatically updated at the same time when updates are released here, so you should have access to the latest version.
As for the issue with the captcha, this is something that our developers need to check. Unfortunately, support is not provided for Envato Elements items, but we’ll be happy to help if you purchase the regular user license.

Does Form Builder have the ability to store all form results in a database or to tally up the results? Without this function managing large surveys becomes very difficult.
