hi, can we use your ticket system to manage the repairs in our Computer Repair service Shop? when create a tick we want to be able to insert all Repair details in a form . This data should be stored in the system. These details *confirmation should be sent to the customer. Does your system has the Email Piping feature?

You can sort ticket by click on “Ticket ID”. Let me know if still you have issue.
