Do your current reviews include pictures? If it do, so where are the pictures from? If it comes from some Ali Dropshiping, the premium version has an option to display that pictures.

At the moment, it only has ajax load review for default frontend style. The masonry style like on demo does not support ajax load review yet.

Yes you can limit number of reviews on product page with WP pagination function but load more when scroll is not available.

Please send a modal exported csv file of your reviews to support@villatheme.com. It would be great if you have some reviews that include multiple images, all kind of review status(and mapping them to WooCommerce review if possible).

In your woocommerce settings/products, the option “Reviews can only be left by “verified owners”” is enabled which mean that your customers must have an account and login to their account to be able to leave their reviews.
If your customers checkout as guest, it can be:
1. They have an account but do not log in, in this case when they click on button review in reminder email, they will lead to your product page and automatically log into their accounts so they can leave their reviews.
2. They do not have an account, in this case they can not leave their review because option “Reviews can only be left by “verified owners”” requires “Only logged in customers who have purchased this product may leave a review.”
So if most of your customers do not have an account, you should disable option “Reviews can only be left by “verified owners”” in woocommerce settings.

No, it doesn’t look the same. I have already reviewed the demo page before. Examining it doesn’t solve a thing. Mobile both on the desktop and in the small pictures. Not like in the demo.

Hi, when i activate the plugin on my theme (flatsome) i have a really an issue really difficult to debug. It activate horizontale scrolling like something invisible is out of the viewport. I can scroll horizontally and see a space on the right side of the page.
Any fix ?

Ok i found it, your input wcpr_image_upload has overflow:visible attribute. It’s out of the viewport.
i just added : width:100% to this input and it works.

This issue only comes with your theme. You just need to put that css to custom css field in WooCommerce Photo Reviews settings and it will not be gone when you update your theme or plugins.
