Hallo, we have acquired this plugins a year ago and can’t use the licence anymore to enable it, says that we have reached the limit: “The limit for the amount of sites the theme/plugin can be enabled on has been reached.”. However it’s and has never been stipulate that this plugin is valid for a certain number of website. How can we unlock that situation? Thanks

wir haben dein Plugin installiert und Ordner angelegt. Wenn wir die Medienseite verlassen und wieder zurück gehen, werden keine Ordner gezeigt. Wenn wir dann einen Ordner mit gleichem Namen erstellen wollen, dann bekommen wir die Meldung: ”’XYZ’ existiert bereits in diesem Ordner.”

Wir haben bereits über die Einstellungen alles zurückgesetzt und dann die Ordner erneut angelegt, mit dem selben Ergebnis.

Was können wir tun?

Wordpress 5.3; PHP 7.3; MySQL 5.7

Sort files on Wordpress 5.2

I have your plugin for several months and I unfortunately encounter a problem for sorting photos in a directory. Sorting is not done since I switched to Wordpress 5.2. The sorting of directories is correct but not files inside a directory. Are you aware of this problem?

I have some problem that need your help me check and fix it.

I using bimber theme https://themeforest.net/item/bimber-viral-buzz-wordpress-theme/14493994, It have a feature plugin call snax that can let user upload from front end. All upload work fine with Real Media Library but I got “http error” when upload by using gallery upload (can upload multiple images in same time). I disable Real Media Library the gallery can upload properly. I think it has some conflict with Real Media Library

I monitor error and found that when activate Real Media Library I have problem with /wp-admin/async-upload.php it error 503 with snax plugin of bimber name moxie.min.js?ver=1.3.5:2

I cannot change my theme so I come to ask you to check this error. Because when disable Real Media Library it can use gallery upload..

Hi, I’m concerned about the changes regarding the user-defined function (UDF) wp_rml_create_all_children_sql() .

Is this necessary? I’m having the following problems with this:

1) Exporting my database from PhpMyAdmin, getting errors:

“Trying to get property ‘idx’ of non-object” and “Trying to get property ‘count’ of non-object”

2) The functions doesn’t seem to be dumped upon export via PhpMyAdmin > Export. When I open the DB I see :

DELIMITER $$

—Functions

$$ DELIMITER ;

I only see it being dumped when exporting via cPanel interface (not phpmyadmin).

3) Opening the cPanel sql export file I see it makes references to server name: CREATE DEFINER=`database-name`@`servername-name`

If I migrate and import it from a different server name, won’t this be a problem?

4) I’d like to know where the tables are saved in case que I have to completely remove the plugin.

Sorry for the lenght. You’re the only plugin author I know using this User defined function in the database. Also, from a security point of view I feel unease.

Hi, I used this wonderful plugin with Elementor Pro, but I have a big issue : since I updated today, RealMedia Library doesn’t show anymore in the “add gallery content pop-up box”. I can access media, but no longer with the RML filters on the left side. It works fine until now. Did I miss something ? Thanks

I’ve tried several different things and the issue still is persisting:

Can I provide you with my login details privately so that you can try to resolve this? Or if you provide me with clear instructions on how to clear this old folder data from the database, I’m happy to do that.

I also have been experiencing an issue with the Real Media Library plugin: when I try to upload an .mp4 video file I receive this error: “Failed to Write File to Disk”. I tried uploading the video to the Real Media Library unorganized folder as well as a custom Experiments folder I created. Kept getting the same error message. I know it’s your plugin causing this, because when I deactivated your plugin, the video uploaded right away with no error message.

Currently using RML Plugin v4.5.0 and WP/LR Sync Folders Plugin v1.1.1 and WordPress v5.2

Nun bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

• Entpacken des Pakets … • Das Plugin wird installiert … • Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Es wurden keine funktionsfähigen Plugins gefunden. • Plugin-Installation fehlgeschlagen.

WordPress 4.9.10

Die gleiche Meldung kommt auch, wenn ich versuche, das alte Plugin zu installieren.

Hast Du eine Idee, wo der Fehler liegen könnte?

Hi, When I am in List View and select a folder and then click on the ‘Add New’ button the brower navigates to /wp-admin/media-new.php page and I have to select the folder again. Is this a bug or this by design? Many thanks & kind regards.

I purchased your plugin because it worked with the document library plugin but i cannot get the document library shortcode to work with your folder option. Using the examples in your documentation only generate errors.

Can you please give me a sample shortcode that uses your folder name/slug as a shortcode option for the document library.
