I have 2 questions :
1/ Is it possible to restrict the access to an article ? Exeample : a customer buy from woocommerce the access to a video, for X days. During these X days, he can only display the page with the video a limited number of times (just like in the woocommerce download feature).
2/ Is it possible to let the customer the choice of the moment when he want to activate the bought subscriptions ? Exeample : he buy in the woocommerce shop the access to 20 videos, access limited for 48h. It could be nice if the customer could activate the 48h access to these videos, 1 by 1, for the time limit I parametered (48h).

Understood. My configuration : each post have a specific membership, sold with woocommerce. Each product is linked to specific post with digital download links feature. I limit to 2 downloads, and rename “download” by “access”. And with the WorkFlow Restrictions feature, all these memberships are limited to 2 global views. My problem : if a customer buy the access to 3 products, he should have the ability to make 6 views. But actually it is unlimited. I don’t understand why.
The plugin works for my purposes but could be a lot better with more helpful documentation and support.
For a plugin that has a unique administrative panel, the documentation is barebones. The many features that are hidden behind layers of tabs, buttons, menus, submenus, etc… expands the learning curve, and would be far easier to navigate with adequate documentation.
The support system could also use a usability upgrade. It makes no sense that I have to enter my purchase code every time I submit a support request. It’s equally inconvenient to have to enter the unique support ticket number instead of having a central username/password login to view my tickets.
I appreciate the features, but the UI and supporting docs seem very ad-hoc in their implementation.

There is always place for improvements, that’s for sure. We’ve been focused more over the system capabilities and performance, being what customers will actually used and less on other parts that may looks shiny but when the script is installed does nothing special.

Ok…I have membership levels set and i want subscribed members to earn different points for each level (Level 1 earns 20credits and Level 2 earns 30credits when they perform the same action like sharing an article) using mycred.
I have activated mycred feature, installed “social share mycred integration” which works perfectly fine but i want it to reward different points for each level for a specific action or activity.
The developer said the only way to achieve this is to fetch the user credentials (user id, level id, etc) using code and it returns null. He is saying that you are the one to advice us on how to communicate with user credentials using code.

Yes, you can use the MembersList showcase in order to list users and you can setup to show there only users with certain Levels.
Also, you may restrict access on that page only for who has some specific levels too, in order to see that list.
We never heard about that theme so we can not say more about it.

Our opinion it may be subjective but you can follow the list of options features and what includes and you will easily notice which is the best option. Also, UMP system is built to work with Woo but also as standalone, without being required anything else to be installed.

PayPal has two integrations into UMP system, once of them from day 0 and is nothing special required to use it. Still, that “Amazon Pay” option is not available.

How can I add existing WordPress users (users who were already on the website before the plugin) as members in the plugin?
Also, if not the same answer as above, how can an admin be a member in the system as well that. Admins don’t show up as members in the plugin user list even if I was to go on the frontend and activate one of the subscriptions, they would get the member status for that subscription but still not show up on the user list in the backend.

WP Users are by default into UMP system dashboard, no extra settings are required. Admins have full privileges, so they can not be restricted or limited based on some subscriptions, it’s normal to no show up into UMP Dashboard.

1/ I work with “The Events Calendar PRO”. Is it possible, that different membership levels, see different informations on an event page (some fields hidden) ?
2/ I work with “Event Tickets Plus”. Depending on the membership levels, there are other prices, and other sorts of formulas and timing. So certain members can acces one part of an event, but not others Is this possible with UMP ?
3/ When people choose “I want to become a member”, is it possible that the admin should first “approve” that membership before it can be activated ?

The email verification works with the default registry of woocommerce or must be registered by registering your puglin, I say this because my theme has a popup window by default that serves for the user to enter or register and if he does from there maybe the verification will be skipped, my theme also has a mobile layout which will not let me change the registration / login page easily and it would happen the same maybe the verification would be skipped, could you tell me if your plugin sends the verification email even though register in the default pages and if you also prohibit the entry from the login page by default if you have not verified the mail?
