If you use the Download Monitor to manage your downloads, yes you can decides how many files or downloads action may taken based on Level which may expire monthly, for example.

UMP allows you to set UMP Levels to users in order to keep the same access if you want. Still, if is about recurring charges those can not be managed if have not been started using UMP system.

Can a the registration form input the shipping address and billing address from a custom registration form into the main user address section or does this just input information into the UM profile section. Would be really useful .

Native wp fields are filled into default users data but custom fields are managed on UMP system only.

Hi, I need some clarity on a few things from you to see if this plugin will work for what I would like to do. Firstly, I want to create a few support plans like on this website https://www.hellotech.com/plans that will be billed annually. Say someone purchases 2 different services, would this plugin create 2 different logins for the customer, or would they be able to only have 1 login where they could view their subscriptions and expiry dates? Also would it be possible for members who have logged in to only view their accounts and not necessary any other information? And secondly, will I be able to setup a PayFast(South African payment gateway) account that integrates with this plugin so customers can pay with using a debit/credit card. Thanks

There is one main login and account page. Levels/Subscriptions assigned to users can be managed by them from Account Page.

That specific payment gateway is not integrated into UMP system.

Hi,

I logged a support ticket into your support system this afternoon, but never received any ticket number or response via email … so i have no idea what my ticket ID is. My email is hosted on GSuite under my own domain, and nothing has shown up in Junk Mail. I have no issues getting email from other automated support systems.

Even if you reply to my ticket timely, i fear i wont see that response.

How do i proceed to get support please?

Hi,

Check your Spam/Junk folder or see how it works with a different email address. The support system automatically notify you when a ticket is opened or when support team responds to you.

I just resubmitted the ticket and got an email this time using a standard hosting email address (not gmail, hotmail, zoho etc). Conversation to continue on that ticket.

When are you going to add an “Expiry Date” column?

We don’t need the “E-mail Status” column.

It would be great to see which members are expiring. It’s actually MORE IMPORTANT than the join date.

They’re not in order though – we need to see who is expiring first. There needs to be a filter for it.

Can I deactivate then reactivate the plugin – we need to test for conflicts. Will we lose data from the plugin?

Good Morning I been trying to get a refund on my purchase. I have sent numerous amount of emails and comments regarding this situation with no response at all as i’m not using this plugin because it apparently doesn’t work with my site causing me to buy another membership plugin. allow all users to read ONLY one article for free per month. The ability to read a second article requires a monthly subscription. This won’t be limited to a particular post. Visitors can read any article they want to for free, and then have to subscribe to pay the rest.

To make sure I get you, I can restricted free members or guest to one page view, and then set paid members to unlimited views. Hope that it is right?

I don’t need to open a support request. This is just to inform you and anyone interested in purchasing this plugin that Facebook will disable their apps unless they are using the official Facebook buttons for login and registering. I can provide proof if neccessary as I’ve been in contact with Facebook for over a week about this and have had to disable Facebook from my social login settings.

Good day I tried your ticket system and it is taking to long to respond is there somehow a life chat option that i can use for some one on one tech support. I have bought the indeed ultimate member pro plug in on 8 April 2019 and i cannot get the thing registered every time i am trying to do it, it says “You have entered an invalid purchase code or the Envato API could be down for a moment.” well the access key is valid, that i have established and the curl is also working fine on my local host i have uploaded the site to my server for life viewing still the problem persists Support keep telling the problem is on my side… and after all i can garentee the problem is not on my side but theirs. Is there anybody that can assist me to get this plugin registered Thank you Freddie

Support services are provided only via Support system. Comments section has a different scope and purpose.

Still, checking your tickets logs the average response time is less than 4hrs, not actually a bad one to be complained.

Pre-sales Question: I’m bulding a site to sell courses, not by membership, by course, like a product, so the person can create an account for free, and buy differente courses. So the in the members area will appear your purchases nad the courses that you dont bought, will be locked. (is not recurrent). Is possible to do this with this plugin?

UMP is a membership system which sells and manage Subscriptions. You may achieve a such kind of workflow if you set for each course or multiple courses a specific Level/Subscription.

Is there a way to search for a code number, Customer, or ID number in the backend? Like if I have a customer call and say his member number is 1234 – I want to know if there is a way to type that into a search field and have it return their information etc.

I would also like to know how to manually approve pending payments now for specific users if that feature has been removed?

There is a filter and search option inside the backend but not related to some custom fields, such a “code number”.

A payment can be manually approved very easily. The option have not been removed.

Hi since the new update 7.7 there is no option to approve a new user under the user name as before, this is very frustrating, how are we to approve the users that are pending now? Also why should I renew my support for a error like this just to get support if I have been using your plugin for so long?

That option have not been removed and there is not a such error or issue. You may want to refresh your cache to take in action updates.
