New update is great, I still have a major issue with mobile.
1. Need a way to hide the staff list as it hides all save buttons on mobile. With the new chat page I think the staff list should always be hidden on mobile, just like it hides when you go to the chat page.
2. Minor issue – When on new chat page, you have to scroll down to see send button or scroll up to see top menu bar.

1. In next update when you are using (small chat draggable) when you will be on small screens it wont be shown because of hiding buttons, after when you scroll back it will be toggled again. I think this is the best.

At least version 2.3.2 is required where Perfex CRM modules are introduced, because Perfex Employee Chat is a module plugin/addon for Perfex CRM.
You need to upgrade then you will be able to install and activate the module.

We need next features even if chat will cost 290$ : 1. Copy/paste image to chat 2. Chat with customers on portal 3. Creating support ticket from chat 4. Keep history in chat window 5. Connect chat with ticket (when each ticket have own chat) because we can have thousands messages and tons pictures in chat and I’m not shure about performance of your chat 6. Chat button on proposal page which we send to leads.
We need this for Live support. I think this is bad idea to have chat just only for Employee because they can use more functional free chat app. But if chat will help with live support – we will able to refuse from Helpdesk services.

I like you chat, if you want to have more sales, my advice is to make it separate, and faster. Like Slack as style and standard functions or like rocketchat similar to this, separate tab + at least 10x times faster, now is a little bit laggy when sending messages

I have recently release Perfex Employee Chat, in future i will try to make it even better and add more features.
Note that Latest version released is 50% faster than previous ones.
All the speed of the chat depends on the internet connection really. If you have unstable internet connection when you will have issues like any other application that requires internet connection. Also the server application is hosted its not the fastest server there, just a preview (demo) for clients to see.

Awesome, purchased – thanks for making those changes. Two suggestions:
1. Option to embed the window into the left menu, almost everywhere you stick the main chat window tends to hide something important and you need to re-drag it places.
2. Remove disabled staff from chat window – I think only activated staff should show up in the window.
Bug-
1. Window doesn’t seem to remember if you toggle sound off/on
Bug 2: back to suggestion 1. On mobile the chat list completely hides the save button and it is impossible to move chat list.

Yes, it is geared towards desktop but the chat app renders Perfex unusable on mobile and Perfex is build to be used on mobile as well. Would love to see an update fixing this.

Just an idea… enable client chat… only shows on client portal so they can communicate with us. Another idea embed code that enabled live chat on our main website and we can chat through Perfex with potential clients

Hi I saw the demo. I saw your demo and have few questions.
Can you add these in your upcoming quick updates: 1. When a task is open in admin by me or any employees. Tasks are opened as popup as usual in perfexcrm. While seeing it if i wish tto chat with my employee, as i click on chat area, the task popup is gone. Even if we are chating it shall not interfere with tasks popup view. if possible,please check.
2. If any hyperlink is shared it goes in white color and background of the chat is green in demo. Is there any way to control.
3. Font sizes.
4. Can we create groups(like in skype we do) / channels (like in slack we do); so if my project has more than 1 developer and I need for that project specifically, all developers involved to be in chat box. Is this possible?

1. I need test this and see what i can do, but i think its normal when modal popups it overtakes all background and position of all elements.
2. You can use Perfex CRM feature for this and apply custom styles for links in chat and also font size. Inspect the elements and just copy the class and apply them all how is shown here: https://help.perfexcrm.com/applying-custom-css-styles/
3. You can’t for now this is added in my todo list but it will take a while.

Some things before I would purchase:
1. Chat contact list pops up every time you load a page and doesn’t remember the state it’s in (minimized or not).
2. Overlaps or completely hides save buttons. Might be better to add a top menu button or side menu button instead of bottom right.
3. Doesn’t keep chat windows open when navigating to other pages.
Would also be nice to have dragging functionality that remembers where chat was dragged to.

Great work, also good job being the first Perfex module on code canyon!
Want to make another? Perfex NEEDS the ability to put buttons on websites like PayPal buttons. A module needs to be coded that allows me to create a button for a one time product or a subscription. It takes them to a screen on my perfex install where they signup with all the needed data and pay.

You can’t read other conversation sorry, because chat supposed to be private. Anyway if you want you can go into the database and find messages you need between members id’s.
