I have a plugin for login that uses telephone numbers instead of emails or username. Can it be integrated for buyer login? Does buyer have to create an account to chat with seller? That would not be a good incentive to create an account just to login. Can login be disabled? Can I move the chat UI at a different location?

i am using https://themeforest.net/item/classiera-classified-ads-wordpress-theme/14138208 its a classified ad theme. the buyer not a registered user. the seller is. woocommerce is only involved when admin needs to create advertising packages the seller can buy to post their ads. can the unregistered buyer still chat with the ad submitter?
