Can you provide error logs? Turn on wp_debug_log.

We use the newest version of tgm and your theme an older one. Sorry but this is not our fault even if you think so. You can also clearly see from the error log, that another thing is causing the error.
They will always be a reason for incompatibility issue. Your problem is your lack of customer support. Just saying sorry call your theme maker “It’s too old” is really poor customer service. You should be prepared for such issue and support your customers. Instead your passing the problems anyway you can.

I don’t even know what is tgm! Why do you assume your customers to know such things? Now that you have provided a proper answer. It makes sense. I hope you have that stated within your plugin description so people like me don’t waste their and your time

Hi, we are having an issue with the plugin. We have enabled to duplicate attributes and variations however the product that gets duplicated will get a type of ‘Simple product’. When we manually change this to ‘Variable’ it does get all the variations. Where can we find the option to also duplicate the ‘product type’?

It does create the duplicate in the other website but it does this twice and it applies an image to the gallery that isn’t correct.
This looks more like a timeout from PHP or your server. Can you increase timeout?

These are commented out? ; indicates they are not active. Are you sure they are live ones?

I have found a temporary fix to this problem. Whenever I try to duplicate a product as a user with super admin privileges it doesn’t work. When I try to do it as a regular admin it does work.

You can set the capabilities in the plugin settings. Have you tried that?

Hi, I am extremely worried since I have not received an answer from you. I bought a plugin that for final cost came out 19 dollars plus charges (USD 21) and it does not work. When I try to duplicate a product, it tells me that the product was successfully duplicated, then when reviewing the site there are not the products that it should have duplicated. Try a pre-existing multi-site and a new multisite and in both tests the same thing happened. This is worrisome given that Envato had never sold me a product where the support does not respond to a query all day.
You can not await an answer the same day in all cases. We are based in Germany – if a customer from Chile writes in the afternoon it is midnight in Germany.
However as it seem you no time at all – we have accepted your refund.

seems like your update key is not existing in the post object you want to sync. If you do not use _sku as update key you can only use post_title as an update key.

our purchase code is: 78c56472-0c47-499d-ac85-67659cca03bf and we are using the WooCommerce Multisite Duplicator plugin.
However, when we are copying a product with attributes (most of our products contain attributes), the order of the copied attribute is always mixed up (not in the same order as the copied attribute).
Is there something we are doing wrong? can you please help?

Hi, can I use the plugin from a marketplace/multivendor theme? I’m using a marketplace them from Buddyboss where vendors can upload their products and I’d like those products to appear also on their catalogue pages I created on their subsites/subshops with Woocommerce multisite. I not even need the duplicated page to work for the final purchase on the subsite, I’d just need the vendors to be able to duplicate on their subsites, the product pages they create on the marketplace plugin. What about installing the woocommerce marketplace plugin in the multisite environment in order to spread/dublicates the products to other subsites on the multisite network?
not sure what marketplace plugin is, but as said: our plugin only works in multisite environments.

We can’t do that. It works when enabling both duplicate meta and taxonomies. So the plugin is broken if you disable any of the options?
No woo saves variations data & attribute as own taxonomies. That is why it works only with enabled.
