We removed some of the user emails – the expire ones – and when we put them back in it sent emails to expired members? It sent emails saying “Your membership is due in 2 weeks” when it wasn’t. We had to email them and apologise!

I’m really NOT happy with support , it has been 5 days that i opened the ticked and contact the support and still my problem not solved. because the ( MOLLIE ) getaway payment totally not working and plugin can not connect to mollie.

first support asked me for WP admin i send them the WP admin

and than they asked me for FTP i sent them the USER&PASS for directadmin which they have access to FTP

and support said we never connect from directadmin please give us the FTP i sent them FTP

and than they said : With those FTP credentials is no access the the WP files where UMP is installed

which is not true i use the same FTP user&password to upload all of my plugin and even i uploaded the wordpress via the same FTP .

so any help about my case ???!!!

if the plugin can not connect to Mollie getaway payment there is no use of this plugin for me and i really want my money back .

so i will keep posting here until i will have a right answer because your support section respond only once in every single day

Checking your ticket seems the concern have been managed already being about the Payment Method selected in Mollie account. There is required by Mollie the “Direct Debit” payment method in order to manage subscriptions, which was not enabled on your case.

1. I would like to link a document for a option in a checkbox field type.

2. On the popup where it asks to enter the card details in the stripe, i want to change the title and description in that popup.

8. I want to display a Thanks You message after they made the payment through stripe. Currently Bank Transfer only shows a success message after payment.

9. There are 2 Level in our website, I want to know if user has to enter credit card details again or if we can simply charge the card they used for Level 1 Subscription?

10. Level 1 is a lifetime membership. This is a lifetime subscription so there should be no expiry. It is showing the expiry date in my account page. It should Say “Never”

Hello. Please tell me. If I set up a subscription to a member account using the add-on WooCommerce and the payment system that will be configured there. Will membership subscription work in this case? I mean, will the subscription in Ultimate Membership Pro work in recurring basis?

Woo itself is a system that knows to manage one-time payments, so on this case, customer will need to buy that associated product any time when his level is gonna to expire.

Is there a way for this plugin to pull in the PayPal ID numbers? Reason why, if someone pays using another card and name and then uses a different name and email as the user login there is no way to track who’s who for our system.

Do you mind sending a screen shot on where this is so I can see if the buyer ID is there? Because I am in the Payment Services section and I don’t see that. I will request a ticket in your support section.

One more question…I just unlocked under general options access to WP Dashboard. When editor is login (using your plugin login page) and request access to dashboard (by clicking Dashboard Icon at the top admin bar) standard WP login screen appears and editor have to login again to get access to all posts needed to be edited. How to skip this second login screen and give editor access to Dashboard without forcing them to login again

You have extra options to not allow users to remove their Levels and also to not buy the same level again, so you may avoid the situation when the same user subscribe to a trial level twice.

Between systems will be automatically synchronized the default WP users data but not custom fields.

Yes, you can set specific type of Levels with a static date range in order to expire o a certain time no matter when user subscribed to it.

UMP helps you to restrict part of the content or entire pages, and subscriptions is related to date and time. So, it can not be applied a such approach related to how many videos have been triggered.

Hello, the promo code function doesn’t work on our site. It says «Promo code applied» on the sign up form, but the price remains the same.

Update : The promo codes that we added since the last update don’t work. The old one we already have works (even thought they have the exact same configuration)

Update 2 : The promo codes work if we choose to apply the promo codes to recurring payments. If we choose 1 time only, it doesn’t work. I’m sure this is a bug.
