Hello, Sadly we encountered some issues with the plugin: we are running current wordpress and the current plugin version. - The color-picker for the background-colors is not showing up - The added table of content entries are not rendered (neither preview nor actual page)
Please help us with these problems.

You can check with dev tools, tab “network”, to see what is loading slow. In dev tools console you can see javascript errors

Hi, not sure what is the problem since you are using another plugin. However, Real3D Flipbook plugin has been updated today, with improvements in pdf flipbook loading time and performance. To make flipbook full screen like in your first link you need to select mode “fullscreen” instead of “normal” in flipbook options.

We have an issue with the plugin. If we click on a flipbook, the page jumps to the top while opening in lightbox. I thought it would be the ‘href’ attribute of a link but the plugin doesn’t use them. Any solution how to fix this? I can’t see an option in the settings.

Finally found it. It’s the class ‘flipbook-overflow-hidden’ on the body tag that causes the problem. Fixed it by setting it from ‘hiden’ to ‘visible’.

Hi, in plugin admin you can sort books by name or date created. You can also rearrange books o the shelf. Yes you need to buy this plugin and bookshelf if you need the shelf design.

Please describe in more detail how would “hotspot” work. You can already add any html content to flipbook page, so you can add links, images ect and style and position them with inline CSS.

I purchased the Real3D plugin yesterday – Wordpress version. On the first try I added several flipbooks without any problem. Then I needed to delete because they were test entries. After that I tried to add the real ones, but after the 5th one, the next ones are not showing in the backend list of flipbooks although the shortcodes are still working. I tried to delete the plugin and re-installed it, I also deleted everything from the folder in the wp-content/uploads/real3d, then deleted all the flip books from the button in the back-end. Still not working properly. How can we solve this issue?

Hi, your plugin has been working well for me but now all of a sudden instead of opening the flipbook it is giving me the option to save the pdf to my computer and not actually opening the flipbook.
Sorry it was an error on my side, my download manager was taking over instead of letting it load. It is working perfectly thank you.

Hi, sorry for not responding earlier, I somehow missed your email. You have 2 same shortcodes [real3dflipbook id=”1”] in mode lightbox, so you need to set unique lightbox css class (css class that opens the flipbook) for each flipbook, like this
