I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to get support for a minor issue and it has yet to be resolved. I’m very disappointed with the support. The explanations did not make sense and I’ve provided login details so someone could go in and fix the issue and haven’t heard back from anyone in a week.

- This depends on the third party plugin but as long as they use native method Mailster can catch them and add subscribers.

Hi, is it possible to send notification right after the form was submitted. I use double opt in and I’m only notified when user confirms the list. I would like to have an option to get notification right after form submission. If there is not built in option which file would be the best to look at to make changes myself? Regards, Lukasz

thanks for the reply. I sorted that out with mailster_post_submit hook and used $mail->send_notification function. Not ideal, but good enough. Would be great if you would implement option to select if the notification should be send straight away or after email verification. I’m currently using booking form as a contact form which also gives option to opt in for newsletter. Btw. Contact-form-7 integration does not allow user to select newsletter list.

Yes, that could work. As Mailster uses a dedicate cron process to process the queue it has to be triggered after a form submission. We may bring this is a future version of the plugin.

hi, congraz on the big sales, look likes a big success. presales question, i am a frequent user of getresponse, before i switch to your plugin: 1. may i know the inbox rate? or its depends on my IP? do you recommend running this on a shared IP hosted environment or just dedicated IP?

3. does it have the function where i can out user to another list/ group after they have purchased the items in my site so that users wont be asked to ‘buy’ if they have already bought the item?

2) You have to import your existing users once. Than you can send them campaigns.
3) This may requires custom coding (https://kb.mailster.co/moving-subscribers-to-different-lists/)

I think you need to check your line-height on mobile…..... its not coming out great.
I have multiple licenses on multiple sites.
Somewhere something went wrong because the text is all messed up.
I think its only happening if the user uses #h3# tags in their content.
Can you please take a look and update your base template.
Im only seeing this on iPhone on native mail app , havent checked android or others. But the native mail app on android have problems on all sites for all my clients…. Been like this for few months.

I used another newsletter plugin, but came up with a problem. Maybe Mailster will be the right solution.
What I want:
- Newsletter on every monday containing links to the latest four posts during the last week. - When there were only two posts last week, the mail should only contain these two posts.
The current newsletter software only can send links to the latest four posts. So when there were only two posts in the last week, it will also send two other posts from the week before.
Does Mailster have this kind of feature?
