Sorry, it looks like Mailster has update on the 15th but Envato has not warned us (it happens often, as I already pointed out once). I have version 2.3.15 in my backend, is it the latest?
Oh, by the way, is it possible to hide the sender email address in the recipient message? I mean using something like “The Staff” instead of showing staff@example.com

Hello, good, I have a question about google recaptcha
Form7 updated the captcha API to the v3 version recaptcha in module has an add-don for this same captcha but version v2.
If I have the v3 recaptcha version of form7 activated. In Mailster registration forms, I no longer need the recaptcha v2.
If you can give me an answer because I have activated the two versions v2 and v3 of recaptcha this will not give any conflict.

Wordpress users are not automatically imported into mailster subscribers. I have changed the settings to import wordpress users from plugin, however everytime I need to manually add users into mailster using import, please suggest why this is not working

Hi, I know my support has run out, however. I’m only getting around to using your plug-in now after purchasing it sometime ago and have noticed the following bug.
When viewing the dashboard stats on mobile the table graft keeps growing and growing as seen here https://gyazo.com/40b7780944a9c2f28b0047b59f12eda8 maybe its because it has never been tested against this amount of subscribers.

I bought the plugin 3 years ago, and I did not have the time to set it up properly… Now I do, but my licence is not shown on the mailster site. I had it connected to freehappyhuman.com and I disconnected it to connect it to fhh.gr . Now I cannot use it. Can you help?
they fixed it… after blaming me , and vaguely flasely acusing me for abusing the license. Really no idea of what customer relations is for…

We didn’t blame you we just told you how to reset your password on your account so you can access your license. We have also told you that you cannot use the license on a second site which is defined by the Envato license terms.

The only explanation you gave for why you removed my acount was “you can use your license code on one site only!”
The previous site was both de-registered and uninstaled before I instaled the new one. And you are still trying to place blame on your customer. I do not need to read the terms again, maybe you need to read up on what a customer is. Try wikipedia… https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Customer-relationship_management
You NEED to have trained customer support personel!!! Just a good plugin is not good enough. And the plugin is good. Really good, a bit too many options, and really unproffecional CR.

Thanks for your feedback. We didn’t removed your account at any time and we haven’t disabled you license as well. It was just informational that you can use the license on one domain only.
Right now your license is not assigned to a site or a user so you should be able to sign in and assign it to your site. If you have problems I’m happy to assist.
