Hi I am using the DHVC form plugin which came as a bundle with Ultimatum Theme. When i try to submit the form it shows an error message “No Message”. Please can you help as soon as possible.
I have also tried to contact your support on http://sitesao.com/support/ but it asks me to enter my “purchase code” which I do not have since I got it bundled with Ultimatum Theme.

Hi. I’ve received this plugin with the ultimatum theme.
After the worpress update, the DHVC Plugin module no longer works correctly (of course, this plugin is also updated).
Everything was fine before.
The Pop Up is not launched, here is the example page
http://isaitalia.it/senior-erp-consultant-milano-2-2/If I put the form on a page (not as Pop-Up) it does not work anyway (this form involves uploading an attached file, which does not happen.If I try to send the form even if I do not make the field compulsory nothing happens anymore) .
I have created another test module and it is the same, nothing is sent and registered.
I can not request support for the plugin author because they want the purchase code for this (http://sitesao.com/support/forums/topic/not-same-plugin/)
Do you have any idea what’s going on? Can you make a check?
I have disabled all the other plugins and nothing.

URGENT – BUSINESS CRITICAL
I am not able to open a topic in your support forum. Allthough I have bought the support option from you. I need very urgent help. The form I use adds the wrong sender to the emails: Which ends up in trouble supporting our clients properly.
The form settings are set so that the sender is taken from the email form field.
But as you can see here in the result it is not doing so. It puts our email as sender email.

I hope this is coming soon, as reCaptcha 2.0 is no longer safe as you know, it’s easily bypassed (hacked if you like). reCaptcha V3 is quite urgent, so I’m having to use other form plugins. It can’t take much to add since Google provide plenty of documentation.
