Their customer support website was VERY difficult to access at first, but once we were finally able to make an account, the SiteSao team were very helpful to resolve the issue we were having with the plugin. (They solved it by updating the code and pushing a new update.)

Negative experience at first, but it was redeemed by the end when they went out of their way to make sure the bug got fixed on their end.

This is a good design and easy to customize

1. Forum on your website is not that helpful
2. You dont have a direct contact via email
3. When I wrote I dont get any answer back
4. You add me to your email list with no option to unsubscribe!

this plugin shouldn't be here. no more updates leaves this plugin years behind competitors.

The plugin's documentation is absolutely minimal, making it difficult to use, and it appears to be missing the most fundamental feature expected of custom forms: the ability to set up the form's action parameter to a given URL. Without this, it can do nothing but submit data locally and is unusable for any actual custom work such as mailing list registration to any platform other than Mailchimp. Will be requesting a refund from Paypal as the plugin is, unfortunately, unusable for me.

On first install, the plugin didn't work, after update (from developer) that was solved.

Excellent little plugin

I am having issues with the form, so I attempted to contact their support team. I set up a login (LittleLeo - user name, if someone sees this and can get in touch) and got sent an email confirmation with a "link" that is all html and naturally won't work. Pretty shoddy service.
