Hello,
Is it possible with the pro version to put a transition style per session and then another style for each page? Thank you.
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin. Please see below:
1. Yes, you can create a global preloader and set it to display once per session on your website. Please see our documentation: Display On Options.
2. Then you can set different preloaders for different pages by enabling the “Any Page Extension” feature. Please check the documentation: Display different loaders on different pages.
And about the preloaders created by the “Any Page Extension” feature:
- The preloader settings on each page will override the global preloader settings.
- The preloaders can also be set to display once per session on these pages.
- This feature is only available for “pages”. It does not apply to posts or other custom post types such as portfolios, products, etc.
Thanks!

hello, nice plugin. Can I set preloader for external links only?
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
However, the plugin cannot set up a preloader for external links. Since the plugin is installed on your own website, it can only work on your own website and check internal links. Thanks.

I am having problems uploading the zip file to wordpress. This is basically what happens. And by the way I have the free version installed.
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
It sounds like that you have uploaded the incorrect file. When downloading the plugin file, you can download the “Installable WordPress file only”, or the entire package containing “all files and documentation” (including the plugin, license file and documentation).
If you have downloaded the entire package, you will need to extract and locate the installable WordPress plugin file: the “loftloader-pro.zip” file. Please refer to this screenshot.
If you still cannot install the plugin, please create a temporary admin account for us and let us log into your website, so that we can look into the issue and install the plugin for you. (Please email your login credentials to general@loftocean.com .)
Thank you very much.

Hi,
Can we add unlimited quotes as custom fun facts? If this feature is not available, any chance to include it soon?
Hi,
Do you mean that you want to add some custom messages and randomly display one of them every time you load the page? If so, the plugin provides this feature. You may like to read our online documentation for more information: Random Message.
Thanks.

Hi,
I purchased LoftLoader Pro, but our website is working under PHP 5.3.3, So I’d like to download older versions of the plugin to see if it works.
Our website under development is already completed 90%, and it is impossible to change php version due to the server vendor restriction. Our client is using very old server…
Our launch date is upcoming in a few days, so I’d appreciate it if you could respond as soon as possible.
Hi Toshi,
Thank you for contacting us. Could you please provide the following information so that we can help you?
1. Please create a temporary admin account for us and let us log into your website, so that we can modify our plugin’s code to make LoftLoader Pro can run under PHP 5.3 to fit your website.
2. Please also send us your website URL.
Please send the login credential via email to general@loftocean.com . Thank you very much.

Thank you for the quick response! I will send you the email very soon.
Hi,
I just bought the LoftLoader Pro plugin. I like it very much. But I have one wish: I set the Line Height between Loader (rotating image) and Message to the smallest value “1”. Unfortunately the distance between text and image is still a bit too big. Is there a way to reduce this distance? E.g. via Customer CSS? I tried it with .loader-message {padding-top: -20px;}. I can increase the distance with this code, but unfortunately not decrease it. It would be very important, because it is a logo.
Many thanks in advance!

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us. Please try the following custom css:
#loftloader-wrapper .loader-message {margin-top: 0;}
The default margin-top value of ”.loader-message” is 24px. You can change it to 0 or other value less than 24 pixels. (Unlike the margin properties, the values for padding values cannot be negative. This is why your CSS didn’t work.
)
Hope this helps. Thank you very much.

Many thanks for the super-fast answer! It’s fun: The code works, but I can only enter the value “0”, “1” to “24” are simply ignored. And with “0” the font now sticks to the logo (: But if I then increase the value under “Line Height”, I finally get the desired result. Great, one less worry (: Thanks again!
Thank you for your feedback. Nice to know that you have achieved the result you need!
Sorry, I didn’t explain it clearly enough in the previous reply: if you want to set the value of margin-top to a value greater than “0”, then you need to add “px” after the number, for example, “margin-top: 5px;” .
Thanks!
That’s right, it makes total sense. I was so happy that I completely forgot, that it also needs the unit “px”
Thanks a lot!
No worries!
I do my best!
Hey! Really like the look of this plugin and intend to purchase. Just wanted to check whether the license is for use on 1 site (or multiple)
Also, if I was to produce a loader as an animated .gif – is it possible to have that as the pre-loader using this plugin?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
1. Yes, one license is for use on 1 unique site (the unique domain name).
2. Yes, you can create a gif image and use the gif image as the pre-loader in the loading screen created by LoftLoader Pro. You may like to check this example.
Hope this helps. Thanks!

I am using LoftLoader Light and plan to buy it if I can solve my issue (great plugin!). I have a video that plays when my homepage loads. It needs to be fully loaded up before the loading screen goes off. I’m using the Video Background plugin to play the video (I need that because of particular controls it provides). So far LoftLoader seems to think the page is fully loaded up before the video really loads. Is there a way to tell it not to go to the page before the video has finished fully loading? Thanks!
Hi,
Thank you for using our plugin. Sorry, but currently this plugin can’t detect if a video file is loaded. We will add this feature in the next update. Thank you for bringing this up!
However, due to the many different video resources, we may only support some of them, such as HTML5 video, YouTube and Vimeo.
Thank you very much.

1) Hi, I’ve an animation in SVG file format. Can I load this inside LoftLoader Pro?
2) Possible to set the background opacity to 50%?
3) Possible to add something like “48%” text under my SVG animation?
Hi,
Please see the answers below:
1). Sorry but currently LoftLoader doesn’t support adding SVG code to the loading screen. We will consider adding this feature in future updates. Thanks for bringing this up.
2). Yes, you can set the background opacity to 50%.
3). You can display the loading percentage number under the loader animation. Please see the examples:
Thanks!

Hello, I would like to buy your plugin, but first I have some questions:
1. Did your plugin have the option to put a progress bar in the top (like a the Youtube bar progress) with a gradient color?
2. The bar can be fixed in the top after the load?
3. Is your plugin heavy? Would it affect the performance of my page?
Thanks!
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin. Please see the answers below:
1. Yes, you can put a progress bar in the top. You may like to check these 2 examples:
And you can find more details about Progress Bar options in our online documentation – Progress Bar.
But currently the progress bar doesn’t support gradient color. We have added this feature into our “Feature Request” list and will consider adding this feature in future updates. Thank you for bringing this up.
2. Sorry, the progress bar will disappear when the loading process is complete.
3. The plugin is lightweight. We tested our live test site using some website speed testing tools (GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights, Pingdom’s free speed test), and did not see any significant differences in test results before and after the plugin was activated.
There are many options in this plugin (in the backend – the plugin’s settings panel), but on the front-end of your site, only enabled/selected features will work.
Thanks!

Hi, does this preloader slow down the site? I understand that the more plugins we use, the slower the site loads. This plugin seems very attractive but also quite big at the same time with all these options and different loader styles.
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
We tested our live test site using some website speed testing tools (GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights, Pingdom’s free speed test). We did not see any significant differences in test results before and after the plugin was activated.
There are many options in this plugin (in the backend – the plugin’s settings panel), but on the front-end of your site, only enabled/selected features will work.
The zip file for installation is about 220 KB. The entire package after decompression is about 800 KB. We have included SCSS files and original JS files as well. But when running the plugin on the front-end, it only loads the necessary files (less than 200 KB in total), such as minified CSS, minified JS and some PHP files.
Basically, it won’t slow down your site.

Its a nice Plugin you got there; I want to thank you, for making this plugin a reality. I also talked about the plugin on my site:
https://www.boundmix.com/web-software/wordpress/premium-wordpress-plugin/loftloader-pro-preloader-plugin-for-wordpress/As this plugin grows in sales please do kindly keep it up to date.
I also wanted to ask for I could have a short description about your organisation from you as i searched your site and found there was no about page. (e.g: Egemenerd is a web design agency that specializes in WordPress theme and plugin development. They’ve been in business for ten years, and offer quality work and excellent support.
Read more at Boundmix: https://www.boundmix.com/web-software/tag/egemenerd/ )
Reason: I want to add the description of what your company does to the Tagged Item creators on my site.
Thanks for your patience reading this long text. Regards
Thanks for the great plugin, i want to ask for the ability to add static gifs as loaders?, i have a gif for my logo and i would really like to apply it instead the static images.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Yes, when adding a static image as the loader, it can be a gif. Please see this example page on our demo site: Test for GIF.

Hi, Does this loader work till the time site is completely loaded? I have heavy website with a background video and want a preloader to appear till the time my entire page is loaded including the background video. Let me know.
Hi,
Thank you very much for your interest in our plugin.
If the preloader doesn’t contain a progress indicator, then the preloader will disappear after all content has been completely loaded. If the preloader contains a progress indicator (progress bar, loading percentage, or any loader animation that loads only once), then it only detects the images.
For your situation, we recommend hiring a developer to optimize your website to make it more lightweight – installing a preloader on a heavy site is not an ideal solution.
Thank you.

Hi, I’m having problems with the plugin. Currently the animation in the load is not displayed correctly. Drawings or objects appear around the logo. My site is https://www.bucles.com.ar/
Thank you
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us, and thank you for providing your site URL.
We checked your site and found that the problem is caused by another plugin: that plugin’s CSS adds an animated .gif image to the loader’s div as the background. Please check this screenshot.
We can only see the plugin folder name is “vc-fb-you-vimeo-twit-insta-stream”, but we are not sure what the plugin is, the name of the plugin may be similar to its folder name.
The solution:
1. If you don’t need this plugin, please find it and deactivate it.
2. If you need this plugin, please try adding the following custom CSS code into your website to remove the background image for the loader:
#loftloader-wrapper .loader-inner #loader {
background: none;
}
-
How to add custom CSS code to your site:
Please add these CSS code via your admin panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
(You may need to clear your site cache and browser cache after adding custom CSS code.)
If you can’t find ”Additional CSS” in your customizer, then the customizer’s functionalities may be changed by the theme used on your site. You may need to check if your theme provides an alternative for adding custom CSS.
Or, you can use a third-party plugin to add custom CSS code. Please search with the keyword “custom css” on wordpress.org ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/custom+css/ ).
And you can read this article: How to Easily Add Custom CSS to Your WordPress Site.
-
Hope this helps. Thank you very much.

Just in case: If you read our reply in your email – you may see additional code we use to wrap the CSS code (so that the code displays correctly on the comments page). So, please also check out this screenshot to make sure you get the correct CSS code: https://d.pr/free/i/obZEix . Thank you.
