This error comes up when you’ve forgotten to add the email address for the forms to the plugin’s settings, or entered it incorrectly. Please, check if the email is correct, it might fix the issue for you.

Unfortunately, according to the Envato policy, support is not provided for Envato Elements items. So if this doesn’t help, you’ll have to purchase a regular Envato user license to get support.

im sorry too, I really like your plugin. I have to look for another one, is there no way to change the code for just change the sender from Server too Submitter Email ?

The activation code is not provided for items downloaded from Envato Elements. However, activation is only required to give you access to automatiс updates and to let you contact support from inside the plugin’s editor, but it doesn’t affect the plugin’s functionality. So you’re very welcome to use the plugin without activating it.

With the way our plugin works, when a visitor submits you a form, you get an email with the contents of the form and with the information about which page did this form come from.

The Contact Form plugin only allows you to create a contact form, obviously while this plugin allows to create a variety of different form, from a contact form to a support survey to a booking form, for instance. Also, it’s got richer customization options. You’re very welcome to check the online demos of both products and see the difference for yourself.
