Hello, The issue can be due to WordPress Gutenberg release. You can disable it under WPBakery Page Builder -> General Settings -> Disable Gutenberg Editor, to continue using the backend editor at your end.

Hello, we had bought this license WPBakery Page Builder for our wordpress, in order to update visual composer plugin. But when we put the API Key and the license code in this plugin, it has an error. We can’t. We tried to crate a ticket in the WPBakery help center and when we confirm our email, we see a new page which we can’t create a password! Please Help! Thanks.
Hello, Since you have purchased the plugin via codecanyon, in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

Hello, Unfortunately, the plugin does not support stacking at present. This can be achieved by adding two rows with the same content but one having reverse order and then using CSS code to control their display using CSS media query: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_rwd_mediaqueries.asp depending upon the screen size.

I tried to delete WPBAKERY, then I reinstalled but install version 5.5.5 and not 5.6. , so I do not find the option to disable Guttenberg

Hello, The plugin which comes with the theme does not have a license of it’s own. In this case, you can either contact the theme author to obtain the latest version 5.6, or can purchase a direct license through us to avail plugin auto-updates.

Hi there, in the last week or so none of my licenses are working. I noticed when they were not updating and when I navigate to the licenses it says “We just tried to retrieve your licenses from Envato, but Envato API did not returned any results. Recently purchased licenses may not be displayed. Please try again later.”
I can see all of my licenses but it says they are “not activated”. Please advise asap.

Hello, I have just updated to the last version of Wordpress 5.0, Woocommerce and WP Bakery 5.6. I have an issue : when I am on the Back Office, the product pages and the regular pages freeze for about 10 seconds every time I open them or when I update them after a modification.
Sometimes, there is another problem : loading pages in back office is extremly slow and after the page remains blank for a while untile the page finally load after several time.
I disabled Gutenberg editor Page Builder but the problem still the same.
What can I do ? Thank you.
The page remains blank for a lot of time, 1 minute, 2 minutes. I have to wait everytime to modify the product/regular page or after each modification. I have to wait for the page to recover after this wait. It’s very annoying.

I have called my host. They didn’t notice any performance issue with my server or my website. I have increase PHO to 512M. I have a large hosting capacity, which is largely enough to handle my website.
When I disable WPBakery, the problem disapears. So, I think it’s a problem relatd to WPBakery and I am not the only one person with this problem.
The problem appears when I use the Back Office only on the page using WPBakery (not another section of the Back office). When I disable WPBakery, the error goes away.

I can’t open a ticket since I use WPBakery as a part of Porto theme. My theme editor told me that you are aware of the problem and you planned to fix it soon. They couldn’t provide me more help. However, it looks like the problem is specific to my website (as you told me), so could you let me open a ticket ?
I am a bit despaired because I have an eshop and it is very difficult right now to add new products or a new page and the issue is definitely related to WPBakery.
