Hi there. Your plugin is awesome and got a lof (i mean a lot!) of nice modules. But … i can’t find a masonry (Like a simply version of Justified Image Grid) or tiles gallery (like Final Tiles Gallery) (dunno if it exists) Do you have a gallery like that in the modules? Thanks in advance, again!

I would like to open a support ticket, but it says that my support has expired. Bullshit, I extended it for another 6 months. It annoys me, because the plugin causes problems with the submenu in combination with the OceanWP. The submenu always closes automatically for mobile devices – that’s really crap.

I got this message when i open Elementor Editor ElementPack\Modules\Countdown\Widgets\Countdown::add_control: Cannot add a control outside of a section (use `start_controls_section`).
Which version Element Pack you are using?
Just updated site to WP 5.0. Everything is good except your plugin. Even on localhost, using your plugin Elementor gets stuck on loading. I did lots of testing and the issue is your plugin. Just wondering if you are aware of this and if you will be fixing?

FYI: There is an alignment issue with tooltips after updating EP, Elementor, Elementor Pro and WP to latest versions (EP v.2.6.5 / WP v.5.0.2 / Elem v.2.3.8 / Elem Pro v.2.3.1) . This has been seen on development site and replicated on local MAMP install; we have opened a support ticket regarding this error. Please address as soon as possible.

I just purchased Element Pack only for the magnifier feature and I have the same problem as robertmonroe about the magnifier feature meaning I don’t have the image box under layout, so I can’t add an image and I have this message: “Opps you didn’t choose any image for magnifying action”. It seems that the same issue has been reported 2 months ago… Any update on when it will be fixed?

Hello, I am trying to reach support since last two days and have even send 1 email to bdthemes support and initiated a chat regarding my issues, but there is no response. Why the support is so slow ??
I am facing a conflict of Element pack with Elementor and got stuck with this from last 4-5 days as I have extensively used your plugin on my website and due to the conflict with Elementor, all my pages which contains any block or section from Element pack, are not opening with the Elementor editor. So I am unable to make some changes to them.
Please provide me with a quick resolution regarding this conflict as I am unable to proceed further with my development work.

If your website showing white screen after install and activate the Element Pack so please follow those step:
1. Increase your Max Execution Time limit in your server. How you do that? Go to your server by FTP find the wp-config.php file add this code: set_time_limit(300);
2. Increase your PHP memory limit. How you do that? Go to your server by FTP find the wp-config.php file add this code: define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
Hi, I have got my server configured already with the above criteria. As I have already shared my system log with Elementor itself, they told me that the server side configurations are very much fine and found out while debugging, its a conflict with Element pack. If you want I can forward the email which I have got from Elementor itself.

I created an Advanced Button with gradient background on my local website… but on mobile view, it looks like the button is split… Please see the attached images. Can you please test this and fix asap or tell me how to fix? I have this button in an Elementor template with full width and using Astra Pro theme, and set this template in the mobile widget area to display as last item in the nav bar.

Hello, It’s padding and width issue. please increase the column width in mobile view and decrease the button left and right padding for mobile view. so i hope it will fit correctly on mobile view.

Hi there, I’m trying to create a space between tabs on the Tabs element, but it doesn’t seem to work in mobile view. I can get a space in between tabs on desk top, but they have no space between them on mobile and it won’t adjust. Is this a glich or are they not adjustable on mobile? Thank you!

Hello, my client uses this plugin and after updating the elementor, did not load the editing page, when it disables its plugin the editing page works again, I did more tests and found that the flip box is causing this error. If you can correct this mistake the sooner we will be grateful! Thank you.

Thanks for the answer! The php version is 7.1 and I tested it with 7.0 as well, after updating Elementor, when editing a page that is not of the “loading” skirt, I did tests to disable the plugins and this happened as I mentioned above, by deactivating the widget flip box he had on that page, he flipped back. I do not know if it has errors in other widgets, but the one that is causing me problem. I saw in previous reviews that they had the same problem after upgrading.
