Hi, The issue is because one of your plugins or the theme is using a deprecated function: add_shortcode_param which instead should be replaced by: vc_add_shortcode_param.

Before buying, could you guys tell me if it is possible to have a page full of videos, let say 3 columns, ilimited rows, But after each 3 rows, add a pagination? So it would show 9 videos per page? Is it possible to achevie that with wpbakery? A friend of mine told me that was impossible with this plugin, but it would be handy for the rest. Thanks
Hello, You can use our video player element to add videos in the column. After three rows, you can add a button such as “view more” and then link it to another page which will have all the 9 videos.

Does the latest version work well on PHP5.6? I installed it on my site and only the backend editor works, not the front end. I have PHP5.6, would this cause the issue?
Hello, Unfortunately, we have not tested the plugin with PHP 5.6 as we rely on WordPress server requirements: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ which recommend PHP 7.2 or more. We would suggest updating the PHP version of your server.

Hello, The plugin license is valid for lifetime. Only the support tenure expires after an year and if you need any support beyond that tenure, you can renew the support period to access our support portal and send us a ticket.

To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/ to access and download the templates as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/work-template-library/

I cannot deactivate my code from my test site…no matter how I try. I have renewed support (paid for it) and it still says I didn’t renew support…however, I have the receipt to prove it has been renewed. I’ve refreshed the screen…same thing. And until I ‘renew’ I cannot submit a ticket to get this solved. Frustrating.

Hello, The blog is not our standard element. It might be a custom element added by the theme or an add-on at your end. Our standard post grid element does not have a feature to display sticky post.

hey, quick question. Sorry if this has been asked before, and i have nevere really had this question before now. We host multiple client sites on a multisite. And now two new clients will be joining us, but they both want to use themes with WPB Page Builder “integrated”. The “issue” is that both of these themes uses a modified version the plugin. Can these two plugins exist together ? How will wordpress handle this ? Sorry if this is not the right place to ask…

Ok I have a row, and I set it Full height row ON, full width vertically centered. My row is setup as 50% columns. For each column I have added a separate background image. But these images do not stretch to the full height of the row. What can I do do fix this?
Hello, The full height option is available only for the row. The column height depends upon the content added within it which in-turn control it’s background display.

Hi ! I’m using your plugins for years and I almost can’t build a website without it now… But I have an issue. On my Page Speed tests it’s asked to defer the load of unused CSS. The problem is that I found that most of that CSS is from your plugin, with all shortcodes and elements I don’t use on my website. Is there a way to make that load better, or just load the CSS I need ?

Hello, We are planning to enhance this in future so that each element will have it’s own CSS file that it will load. At present, the elements use a core CSS. However, the file is in minified format to reduce any extra loading time.

Hello, does anyone of the plugin owner ever creates a website with this tool in the last years – not at the creating point of the plugin…? I’am wondering every time i’am using your plugin over the years, because there are so many possible optimisations in the usability/handling.
It’s like you created the first smartphone and 5 years later you still sell it whith a little bit imrpovement…
As example the “custom height” is just stupid you can only add PX and not %. That’s a typical indication that your not up-to-date, since many years…
It’s like windows, who does not improve her internet explorer browser as google & firefox does all the years. Yes, your the internet explorer…
Another example is probaply. Do you ever have updated the google font-libary over the years ? Probaply not because the Font Montserrat is one of the most used in design(since long time) and you still have only the 400 + 700 weight. That family has 10 since 2-3 years… (Poppins Font is also missing)
Another example: setting the font-size, color, line-height for every headline or p seperated is braindead. Why is there no global option on your builder. Why is standard font Arbil Fatface in black no one will ever use…
So why does you plugin don’t have these feature boxes with a headline. I mean an icon left and right of that a headline. If you create websites with that plugin you would know that this litle thing is necessary.
Why you don’t implement this clipboard function like this plugin does https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-clipboard/8897711 in your theme. Look how many sales he got -> 5000+!Maybe an indication that your plugin missing something ??!? You can’t create websites without that plugin – you would know that if you ever had created website with your plugin.
Why… on so many topics…
You should engage a Webdesigner with usability knowledge and let optimize your plugin…
