Hi, We are facing troubles with WCMCC plugin 1) Bulk copy/update : Gateway time out, even if selecting 1 product 2) Copy/update from a product page : process runs but never terminates 3) Copy while creating a new product : category is not copied

Here are our sites creditials :

Hi,
to which Bulk copy/update, Copy/update from a product page or Copy while creating a new product feature are you referring?

The order exported plugin hasn’t any of those. Are you sure you are contacing the right support?

Oooh I’m sorry, we have a pending request with your pluggin, but this one is for another one. Pls kindly apologize ! Tks

No problem :)

I’ve created custom fields with your USER EXTRA FIELDS plugin. How can I export them using your Orders and Customers Exporter ?

Hi,
please do not open different threads and send private messages asking about the same topic. Support requests need their time to be processed.

The Orders and Customer Exporter only support checkout, order and product custom fields.

To export usar extra fields you have to use the special export feature offered by the WooCommerce Customers Manager. Go in the Options menu and check the Include User Extra Fields on CSV export: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2rwu1nax22syih3/wcccm_export.png?dl=0

More info about that feature can be found in the Compatible with woocommerce shipping tracking and wordpress user extra fields plugins paragraph in the WooCommerce Customers Manager plugin description.

Hi I’ve created cutsom fields with your User Extra Fields plugin. How can I export them as well ?

hi, is there any plan for an update? i had just purchased and downloaded the plugin. tested, but seems the output file layout is a bit off. am using woocommerce 3.2.3.

What do you mean that the headers have extra fields compared to the extracted data? Note that the number of columns is fixed and if an order has no data for that column, it is just empty. If all orders have no data for a specific column, it is not automatically removed.

you may refer here.. https://pasteboard.co/H1ZJVFL.jpg - row in green is re-aligned (the correct) - row with yellow field highlighted is the extra field that i mean

the same appears when open using CSVedit.. https://pasteboard.co/H1ZL2Hu.jpg

It seems that the issue is only affecting your installation, so there must a cause specific to your server that causes that issue.

For further investigation I need then you to send me a private message (click on my name and then use the low-right box) with the following data:
  1. you email address
  2. Full admin access to the wp-admin area
  3. a FTP access

In this way I can perform some tests on my plugin script to see if it possible to determine the cause and implement a fix. Thank you.

Tried to load but came up with this error

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[’ in /home/sass/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-orders-ei/classes/com/WCOEI_Order.php on line 145

Hi,
This error is due the usage of an outdated version of PHP. Note that Wordpress and WCOEI plugin (as reported in the description page) both require a minimum 5.5 version.
Could you confirm that you are using at least that version? to check go to WooCommerce -> System status.
If not please update and that error will be gone.

Updating php is usually a very simple operation in any web shared server. Go to the admin panel, search for some kind of advanced configuration and in that section you can switch the php version to the latest.

Hi, the customer export will include the customer fields I’ve added on woocommerce checkout? (I need to know it before purchasing!) Thank you camilla

Hello,

Will your order export plugin allow me to export orders filtered by user role?

Cheers

Hi,
no unfortunately the plugin hasn’t such a feature.

Hello,

I need to move my clients and all orders over to a new woocommerce site. I can see by the demo that I can export both customers and orders. I just need to know is it possible from the files to import to new woocommerce?

Hi,
the plugin hasn’t any feature to import data. Theoretically you could use the exported data for an import process, but it hasn’t any particular support for any importing plugin.

The exported data is meant to be used for statistics rather than an import process.

Nevermind, looks like I might need it after all.

I have not downloaded this product and did not intend to make the purchase. Please issue a refund, thank you.

IN your demo, the downloaded CSV says, The file format and extension of Orders_XX.csv doesnt match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. When i open it in textpad, there are non latin characters that are converted and I’m guessing are shown as ??: Also, will this export gravity forms data as I override woocommerce fields in an order for gravity forms. Let me know.

Hi,
The file is coded use standard UTF-8 econdoing. To open CSV file use proper CSV editor like http://csved.sjfrancke.nl/ . In alternative you can import data to Excel, but you have not to simply open the file. Follow the guide reported in the plugin page under the How to import into excell section.

I report it for you here:
  1. Run Excel
  2. Import the data using Data -> Import External Data (or Import from Text) -> Import Data
  3. Select the csv file type and browse the directory where the .csv file is
  4. In the import wizard, choose Delimited file type and change the File Origin to 65001 Unicode (UTF-8) (quite at the bottom of the list)
  5. Click Next button and change the delimiter to comma (or semicolon, depens on which delimiter character you have selected)
  6. Click on Finish button

For what concerns Gravity forms, the plugin doesn’t export metafield added by that plugin.

Having difficulties exporting orders with customers whose shipping and billing details were created using custom fields. I am only able to export all order data of customers whose shipping and billing details were created using custom fields when I manually search customer user name before exporting. Please help!

Hi,
it could be due to the fact (as reported in the description page) the plugin only exports order custom fields created by:
  1. WooCommerce Custom Fields
  2. Product Add-ons
  3. Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce
  4. User Extra Fields
However which plugin are you to add those custom details?

I am using WooCommerce checkout manager plugin. I am only able to export users who input credentials on custom fields successfully when I filter by registered customer. When I do not add any parameters, the users who input information through custom fields do not export to csv. So it works, but only when I filter by unique customer (which is strange) Can this be addressed with a plugin fix?Or do I need to purchase another one?

The plugin hasn’t any official support to that plugin, so there isn’t a fix for a feature that the plugin doesn’t offer.

However it sounds strange what you are reporting. If you send me a private mesage with admin access (click on my name then use the low-right box), reporting me how to reproduce the “issue” (I mean which order has custom data associated and which user I have to filter in order to reproduce the scenario you have reported), I can do some live debug to my plugin (this won’t affect your site normal behaviour) try to understand if I grant that plugin support even not filtering by user.
Thank you.

Hello

I am not able to activate your plugin. I am using PHP 5.6.3 Are there any known plugins or something else that blocks the activation?

Thank you for your help.

Hi, could you report me which error are you getting? It could be that you are installing the wrong package. It could be that you are installing the zip both containing the documentation and the plugin. Please unzip It and make sure you installing only the file named woocommerce-orders-ei.zip

It’s the correct zip-file. There is no error message. The feedback “Plugin activated” is shown, but it isn’t.

I need further clues to understand whats wrong in your installtion. Are you using a multisite installation? could you try activating debug mode (https://codex.wordpress.org/en:Debug_in_WordPress ) to see if any error is printed?

Hello, I have a problem: in the orders, I can no longer select item_product_id. They appear gray but not selectable. You have an idea ? Thanks, Alex

Hi,
To request support you have to use the account you used to purchase the plugin.

I am having trouble using this plugin for a site running WP 4.7.1, when I am on the plugin page, none of the buttons work and I can’t submit anything. Do you need backend access to check? I have already tried disabling all plugins except those necessary to run woocommerce.

Hi,
usually this kind of issues are due to 3rd party javascript errors that prevent the plugin javascript library to be properlies executed.

If you send me a private message with login data (click on my name then use the low-right box) I can try to analyze your installation with my tools to try if possible to figure out what’s wrong.

I have a few orders in WooCommerce that the exporter doesn’t seem to recognize. The orders are marked completed, but they won’t ever show up in the exported CSV. Even when I export all orders and all statuses. I’ve compared the orders that aren’t being exported to orders that are being exported and I’m not finding any differences or obvious problems. Could really use some help in determining why some orders aren’t being exported.

Hi,
It quite hard to figure out why you are experiencing this issue in your installation.
Have you installed any 3rd party plugin that alters in any way orders and/or its attributes? Could you try to disable all and see if you are still experiencing this issue?

For further support, I need you give me a full admin access (in case send login via private message: click on my name the use the low-right box) and to report me the order ids that are not exported. In this way I can do some live debugging trying to figure out what’s wrong in your installation.
Thank you.

Hi,

The CSV file is not downloading on an Apple Macbook for my client – everything looks fine but nothing happens on export. Do you have any suggestions what the trouble might. She is using Shop Manager Role, Thanks, JJ

Hi,
Which browser are you using? Are you using any popup blocker? In case try disabling it or try a different browser. Let me know if it works otherwise I need a backend access to do some test to figure out what’s wrong in your installation.
Thank you.

Can this be used to generate reports based on the date of transaction. I’d like to be able to export daily orders list.

Hi,
Yes, as you can see from the demo site, selecting a date in the Filter by orders date section you can export orders for a specific date range.

You can give a try at:
http://www.codecanyon.eu/wcoei/wp-admin/
user: demo
pass: demo
To see if it fully fits your expectations and needs. If you need some more info, feel free to ask.
