Hello, I’m having some issues with exporting a report. Where does the report get created and where can I find it? I get 100% done on the export progress bar but can’t find the exported file? Ive tried with all the plugins disabled in case of a conflict, am I doing something wrong?
Once clicked on the “Export” button and when the process has reached the 100%, it automatically appears a download windows that allows you to save the .csv created. An example in the demo site: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/188630/support/wcoei_export_download.jpg
If it not happens could be due to a popup blocker or because 3rd party plugin or the theme you are using are including some javascript code in that page that is reaising errors and preventing the plugin to properly work.
In this case I need a backend access to analyze the export page and the javascript included to try figure out what’s wrong in your installation.

Hello. I have Skyverge’s Intuit QBMS Payment Gateway for WordPress plugin and it works fine with all other plugins. The minute I activate your plugin though, it crashes the site. - The pluin is only able to export fields created by WooCommerce Product Add-ons . As reported in the plugin page, it will exported those fields in one column using a special string as separator

Just bought the plugin – tried to export orders – nothing happens?
It could be due to a 3rd party javascript error. It happens that some 3rd party plugin are including their script in all the admin pages (not only in their admin pages). Those script may have error that break the plugin javascript to be properly executed.
Would be possible to have a backend access? In this way I can verify if this is happening. If you can grant me admin acces, send me a private message (click on my name then use the low-right box) with login.
In alternative you have to disable your plugin one by one finding the one which is interfearing.
Maybe i’ve found an issue related to Woocommerce 2.6.. Are you using that version? Can you send me a private message? I can send the new version so you can test if it fixes

no, unfortunately the plugin hasn’t that feature and I don’t offer customization service.
The plugin, after the exporting process, creates a file that you have manually download and save in your local computer.

Hi there, I am wondering if there is a way to separate on export any data pulled from the “ALL Items custom fields” checkbox. It seems to cram it all on 1 single cell. What I would love is if they created new cells for each item pulled. How can I do this? Thank you!!

No unfortunatelly for now there is no way to do that. There is already on my ToDo list to implement the enachment to export custom fields in separate cells but it requires a deep plugin redesign. Unfortunatelly I cannot give you an eta.

The plugin behavior according custom fields export is well reported in the description page in the Product custom fields exportation with example files.
However for what concerns refound, authors cannot directly emit refound because we take only a percentage for our sales. Codecanyon is the only one can to authorize it.

Hi there, thank you for the info. I do believe I jumped the gun a bit as I found a way to utilize the export and yes I did overlook the custom field export notation as I did not think about the fields as being custom, that is my oversight.
Using some Excel knowledge, I discovered that if I split the content within the cells into columns it breaks it up for me. An extra 1 minute step in Excel after the export but makes it possible for me to use your plugin.

I just made sure to break up columns based on the asterisks

I would like to find a customer export from WooCommerce for event itineraries. My only concern is I use Gravity Forms for WooCommerce product options. Would Gravity Forms product options be available as exportable fields in the report set up?

unfortunatelly the plugin has not been designed and tested to exported product metadata added by Gravity Forms. If it stores metadata in the same way of WooCommerce Product Add-ons and WC Fields Factory plugins, maybe my plugin is able to export.
However I haven’t done any test so I cannot assure you anything.

This error is due the usage of an outdated version of PHP. Note that Wordpress and WCOEI plugin (as reported in the description page) both require a minum 5.5 version.
Could you confirm that you are using at least that version? to check go to WooCommerce -> System status.
If not please update and that error will be gone.
Updating php is usually a very simple operation in any web shared server. Go to the admin panel, search for some kind of advanced configuration
and in that section you can switch the php version to the latest.

unfortunatelly the plugin doesn’t offer a tabular view of the data before download.
For what concerns the checkout fields, the only ones exported are the ones added with the plugin WooCommerce Custom Fields & Product Add-ons. Any other custom field is ignored (because the plugin doesn’t know how is stored and cannot export it).

It happens when a 3rd party plugin / theme is including script(s) for all the admin pages (and not only for the ones where they are really needed or used).

I purchased your plugin and installs perfectly however we use a custom fields addon also from Codecanyon – http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-custom-fields-product-addons/11332742 which allows custom product fields and custom checkout/order fields. When i tick “export all custom fields” it exports the custom product fields which is superb but none of the custom fields data entered during order/checkout. Is this something you could do or could you point me in the right direction….? Your help is much appreciated.

as reported in the plugin description page, the plugin only exports product custom fields and not order custom fields. This is a feature that the plugin never claimed to have.
However if you send me a private message I’ll reply with my email address where you can send me that plugin. In this way I can see how it works, How it stores custom fields in the order and see if they can be esported.

Most likely there is a 3rd party plugin/your theme that is interfering with the WCOEI plugin javascript.
You should disable one by one trying to find it. If you send me a a backend access, I could do some more investigation trying to detect which is.
It seems to be “Booster for WooCommerce” that is conflicting.
Glad you have found the issue and thank you for reporting. In a feature release I will try (if possible) to find a solution by my plugin side to this interfering.
Hi, I just want to export all my customers to import in Shopify. When i’m exporting, because I want ALL customers, i’m not supposed to have to filter or anything, I just want everything… But I always get this message “Select at least one column to export”

If you select to export all customers, there is no need to select any column. But there was a bug that prevent you to do that if you not select at least one. I’ve done some other tests and all seems to work fine. Give also a try in the demo live site, if you:
- select order
- deselect all columns
- select customers
- click on export button

Because most likely you are trying to install the complete zip package (the one which contains documentations files and plugin files). To properly install the plugin, you have to extract from that package the file named “woocommerce-orders-ei.zip” and install that one

As described int he plugin page, my plugin supports only product custom fields (tested with WooCommerce Product Add-ons and WC Fields Factory).
Instead the plugin you are mentioning is adding custom fields to the order during the checkout process. Product and Order custom fields are two different things.

That error is due too an outdated version of PHP (probably 5.3 or older).
The plugin is developed to be compatible with latest version of WooCommerce and Wordpress (that requires a minimum version of PHP 5.5).
Also PHP team: http://php.net/supported-versions.php is supporting version not older than 5.5.
To update PHP, if you are using a shared server, is quite simple. Usually on admin control panel, there is an “Advanced configuration” option that lets you to decide which version of php to be used. I’ll suggest to use 5.5 or 5.6

This sounds quite strange. Is there any option to restart server? Could you go to Woocommerce -> system status and tell me which version of php woocommerce detects?

I have the latest version of Wordpress, but not WooCommerce, I have just noticed, so I don’t have a system status page built in.

Which WooCommerce version do you have? The plugin is compatible with the WooCommerce 2.4.x and WooCommerce 2.3.x version (the versions who require a minum 5.4 PHP).
If the error persists, probably your server has not switched to the new PHP version (maybe the option has not be saved. Could you recheck?).
To exactly know if correct PHP version has been enabled, would be very useful the WooCommerce -> System status menu. It exists since firsts WooCommerce releases. Are you using a Shop manager or Admin account? (in the first case, the menu could be hidden due to lack of account capabilities).
Anyway, try installing this plugin https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/ it displayes the current php version running in your server.
Although I am the Administrator, WooCommerce menu does not show system status so that could be an issue.
However, I’ve just installed the plugin you’ve suggested and it shows PHP Version 5.2.17.
So it seems the server has not yet upgraded to 5.5.
I will get in touch with them to resolve and come back to you if any further issues.
