Hello, I am not your direct customer i am using your plugin through Phlox theme pack. but their support is disaster during 10 days i haven’t received any feedback from them, i am even sure that they haven’t even forwarded my issue to you.
Thing is that Login element has session problems, after authentication it takes several clicks and i am logged out automatically. i have tested this with lots of different themes i have even deactivated all the plugins except elementor, elementor pro and elements pack, which makes me think that issue should be on your end. i do understand that this place is not for support but i do not have any other communication channels to reach you. i also do understand that you may not help phlox customers directly but kindly understand that i am trapped with their irresponsible support team.

Hello, and thank you for your prompt response, i think i see the core of the issue. reference to dashboard version is 2.5.4 i think that is why it is missing new elements like iframe and has -1 error message bug on registration page.
not sure why phlox team is not updating your plugin in their library, it is creating outdated version is making bad experience and image about your plugin quality.
anyways i have share temporary access via ftp, maybe there is something that can be done.

Hello author. I have a slight issue with this plugins compatibility with Astra. There is a styling conflict with your plugin and the Astra EDD addon. It causes your elementor EDD extention to utilize Astra’s styling and it does not look good. Do you have a solution for this?

Hey bdthemes, after the latest update of Elementor 2.3.1 accessing the edit with elementor showing loading screen than nothing happens… When deactivating your plugin it works fine again, please fix this conflicts.

Try to increase it 256MB or greater.
I had it at 256mb changed to 512mb same problem… I have also deactivated all other plugins, active plugins are “Elementor”, “Elementor Pro” & “Element Pack” only when “Element Pack” is disabled then Elementor editor works normally…
Ok so after some time trying to find where this conflict comes from… It seems to come from one of the “Widgets” in the “Element Pack” plugin in my case I have unchecked all Widgets and everything works normally I will seewhat exactly causing this error
Hi, I am sorry for the issue, but can you check the php error log in your server? If there any error so let me know.
Another way: please add it: set_time_limit(300); in your wp-config.php file.
Thank you for your answer, Can’t find the error log, the once I have find didn’t have anything to do with this error, and your second option is not changing anything…
The solution I did to temporary avoid this error is restoring back to older Elementor version, once it’s done the editor works normally.

NOTE: When you update your plugin please check it locally first if it’s work fine so you update in your website. This solution can avoid crash your website.
Hello my client bought the plugin and you missed the word ” Edit Profile” in the file \bdthemes-element-pack\modules\user-login\widgets\user-login.php line 1127 and it is not included in the po file please fix it in the next updates thanks for this great plugin

I’ve been trying to optimise my site and it seems that you plugin is the only one that my cache plugin won’t put in the footer so it’s still classed as “above the fold” and “render blocking”. the offending script is wp-content/plugins/bdthemes-element-pack/assets/css/element-pack-site.css?ver=2.6.2

Hi, When we push an update you will get a notification in your plugins manager. If you already set the purchase code so you will able to update it by single click in plugins manager as you do for others plugin

1. Own simple instagram widget: https://bdthemes.net/demo/wordpress/element-pack/elements/instagram/ (no need any configure just add your user name and show images as grid or carousel)
2. 3rd party instagram widget: https://bdthemes.net/demo/wordpress/element-pack/elements/instagram-feed/ (You need to install a 3rd party instagram plugin for it but you can use it for advanced usage)

I have a problem with the weather widget. In back-end it is showing correctly but on the frontend you just see a small block of bg-color. The weather content does not show. Is there a fix?
Also its necessary to be able to translate the text in the widget like cloudy/most cloudy, suuny etc.. and offcourse the days.
Last but not least i use the form widget where i have fields with dates. The dates are displayed as 2018/11/02 while i need it european way namely 02/11/2018. Is there a simple way?

Good Morning, please can you add in the next update. A button that activates and descative all the widgets of the plguin. Sometimes I just need to activate 2 or 3 widgets and I have to disable one by one. The list of widgets is broad. It is a useful and safe option that requires little work (few lines of code) for your part.
