1. When a user created a ticket, admin not receive alert about that in his inbox

1- In this version only the client recieve email for new reply, in next versions when we ass permissions role for admins we will add email alart for admin.

2. when admin reply to ticket, member get notified that is ticket replied. that email wich is sentt to member to notified him that his ticket get replied is not readable, it is a code like a source code; this is what notification is look in inbox http://prntscr.com/ldrx3m.

The updates are destructive, so it is a system only usable as is, without modifications. The UX if or if it has to be modified, so the user has to spend a lot of time and money on each update.

Yes we have 2 users roles are staff and client but we planning to add permission to each user in staff ex. admin marwa has permission to reply on clients tickets but she hasn’t permission to add articles but still marwa in under stuff role.
This feature will be release in version 2.0
