1- make sure you added correct data in email.php

2- make sure that the SMTP_USER is the same email in webmaster email at control panel settings

All you need to do setup SMTP because your email sent with out UTF-8.

something wrong this this update, particularly, email issue.

1. When a user created a ticket, admin not receive alert about that in his inbox

2. when admin reply to ticket, , member receive, but email cs is not realy good. it is exactly like this in inbox http://prntscr.com/ldrx3m for member. Please fix this

1- We are already planning to add it, in first released we decide to make registration very easy to make our client test the application without facing any problem or difficulty but you are right this option is very important we will add it in next updates.

The updates are destructive, so it is a system only usable as is, without modifications. The UX if or if it has to be modified, so the user has to spend a lot of time and money on each update.

We are appreciate your opinion, but let me explain somethings first our web application is update so you will receive up to dates of each version also we describe in documentation what actually do if you need this update its OK download the latest version and use it if you think it’s not important for your business keep your version you have.
