Pas de mise à jour du framework. Utilise toujours Code Igniter 3.0 alors qu'il a évolué à la 3.1.13 (pour php 7) et 4 pour php 8.

Les mails ne fonctionnent pas bien sur toutes les plateformes et ils y ont des problèmes d'encoding.

Dommage le logiciel est simple et bien fait pour faire du ticketing simple.

This item is worth 100 stars. I have created an easy-to-use support system within minutes.

But I am not happy with the author. Haven't received any product updates in a year. I understand that the author may be busy with personal work, etc. For this author should directly publish a note with "No updates in the future".

BTW. wish you thousands of sales.

for Flexibility

This is an excellent ticket system. Once installed it is very easy to customize. I had some problems installing it but the author was extremely helpful. It turned out to be my host Fast2Host were still running php v5 with no way to upgrade, but once I moved host it was all good.

I looked at several systems before choosing this one and there is an online demo so you can try before you buy.

I would recommend this system to anyone - we use it for fault reporting at a residential property block so that owners and residents can obtain FAQ from the Knowledge Base as well as reporting issues to the building management.

I like WeHelp support ticket system very much, it is easy to use and has a clean design. If you are looking for a ticket system, you should consider WeHelp and you won't regret it.

with the first release, i was start to get discourage about this script, so i leave it. Time pasted, and pasted, i see author is doing his best to improve WeHelp, and doing his best to offer SUCCESS Support (i mean to fix all issue every buyer meet), and realy, he success. So i start again using it, and amazing, i reget my hope, and come to like so much the item because: the script get better; the author offer Excellent support, the author is ready to fix all bugs, WeHelp script can be rate realy 10/10.

It's the third item i have purchase with you and it's not the last item.
I had a problem with the installation because server problem, I contacted the support and they have located the problem and even solved it to me.

Customer service was good when I needed it, able to customize without too much trouble. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you I have really enjoyed it.
