Hi there! Just purchased these templates, however when previewing the emails, it is stretching the logo? For some reason width is set to 100% and height is set to: auto so it seems to be conflicting. Why is it not respecting the height and width values set in CONTENT > Design > Configuration > Edit Active Theme > Transactional Emails?
Also your brook template http://met.ivycommerce.eu/emails/brook.html has no content in it. Just has this in the body content: THANKS FOR YOUR ORDER ORDER # BILLING INFO PAYMENT METHOD

1.) stretching the logo. Which template you are talking about?
It is working this way. Here is the code: {{if logo_width}} width=”{{var logo_width}}” {{else}} width=”40” {{/if}}
Meaning. If the width is set in the admin panel. Then it sets this width for logo. If not. Then. It sets predefined width. Width of the demo logo. I hope it makes sense.
2.) Broke has no content in it. I don’t follow you. There are variables like billing info, payment method. Meaning. It is getting these data from your installation of magento.

Hi there, I just requested a refund due to this text being in the item description: “For Magento 1.9.x.x & Magento 2.x and above”. I am using Magento 1.9x but your documentation says “Before you start: 1. Email templates only works for Magento version 2.x and above!” Maybe you should update the description to remove support for version 1.9.x.x so others aren’t disappointed after purchase.

Hi there, I’m having trouble with Gmail flagging your templates as “Dangerous/Phishing”. The one, in particular, that is causing the trouble is the ‘Camel’ template. Also, the logo is not loading in the header while other images are loading fine. I didn’t have either of this issues prior to installing your templates.
I never heard about this kind of issue.
1. why it is flagging dangerous/phishing? Did you do something like this with your domain? I need to know the exact reason.
2. try to change URL of your logo to see if it not helps. Maybe your logo is too big, too small. Try to use formal like PNG or JPEG. Maybe ALT text of the logo. Anyways. If it is showing all images except the logo. Then clearly something is bad with your logo.
Hi. I figured out the problem with the logo not showing. It’s the .htaccess file blocking access to the site because it’s still in development.
However, the “dangerous/phishing” warning from Gmail goes away when I switch back to the stock Magento templates so there is something in your templates that is causing the flag from Google.

UPDATE: I found the problem in your footer code. Here is an example:
When I removed the “link=...” and placed that URL in the “href=” slot, Google was fine with it.
UPDATE 2: I spoke too soon. I was testing the “Forgot Password” template and finally got that one passed by Google, but upon getting a new order email we’re back to Google flagging it. I think there is something seriously wrong with your code. Sorry. I can’t fix every single one.
OK. So what is wrong with templates? The issue is that there is link=” instead “href=”? You can ask a refund from envato. Fill out that form you filled before.
Is there no possibility to save a current status of the emails build with the wysiwyg editor? Clicked on a tiny.url link by accident which opens a new page.. going back, all changes are lost!! It’s annoying.

BTW. no, there is no save button. (https://magento.wysiwyg.email/) It was not designed to work this way. The online builder was designed to be able generate email templates as fast as it is possible. Few clicks and download into your magento installation.

hi, Its not working properly – I installed it as it is as you described – its says files not found while doing static content deploy …. there is some issue in email-fonts.less file – it has a source file and which does not have the required files for email-fonts.less
We purchased this but our M2 developers informed us these templates are only styled to work the the Magento 2 default themes. Under a custom theme they do not display correctly and will require a good deal of customization. Had we known this we would not have purchased.

They do work with custom themes of course. Not only with the standard magento theme. Thats not true.
I will ask them to be more specific. All I know for sure is they uploaded it per directions and said it won’t display correctly due to our custom theme.

Hello there, have installed a theme. But on our magento installation we have 3 different stores with 2 different languages each. Since everything is with variables, the logo and text etc is no problem. BUT I have a design with a Banner on Top called “Camel”. How can I adjust this Emails to always pick the correct Banner?

How can I have a different template between two storefronts?
you can setup templates for every store in the magento admin panel.
I followed the setup for Magento 1. However, only the header/footer seem to be changed. The actual contents, between header/footer of all emails, have not changed at all.
I went looking for what could be the cause and I found another “email” folder at a different path:
public/app/design/frontend/base/default/template/email
If I change the name of the folder into “email_old” then all the items stop showing up inside the emails.
Any ideas?

Hello, The main difference is that the online builder is easier to use. It is not the same. It is different product. There are also different templates. Both of them offer all email templates for magento.
