Editor does not work for other user roles like “Shop Manager” when logged in as shop manager not able to edit page with page builder. The settings for role manager is enabled from WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager settings. Can you please check this issue?

Hello, I have installed your layout, and I have a problem, on a website I have permission for the shop manager to use the WPbackery, but I do not know why he is not shown, neither in pages, nor in entries, neither in products, etc … and I have it enabled so that everything appears, you can know what you can owe?

The best part for this builder will be integrating copy paste feature like king composer or other builder. We really miss this feature on VC. Please try to incorporate such feature like copy/paste section to same page or other page. Currently we’ve to go to classic mode & then copy the code chunk which is really not a good idea. Hopefully author can see this & integrate such feature in near future update.

The latest YOAST update appears to break visual composer. The backend editor doesn’t show.

I have been dealing with a problem since April of this year, where the website stalls and hangs and displays the “Connections Lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.”

I have yet to figure out what it was and it was driving me BANANAS! Today, I finally uninstalled your plugin and the problem went away ASAP! What is the deal with this plugin? Do you not support it anymore? Do you have a conflict with the newspaper theme? Why is your plugin using so many calls and cpu?

sadly when we activate the yoast plugin visual composer does’nt show up in the posts and pages (but is still activaed in the settings). Both visual composeer and yoast is on the newest version.

Any solutions?

I have purchased WPBakery Page Builder here at envato, could not get template library to show. Opened account on wpbakery.com to get support, tried opening a ticket..could not because it says I have no license. Where is my license? I need template library to work. Thank you

ver 5.5.5 is having issues editing the Wordpress PAGES. I uninstall all the plugins and only VC is not allowing to edit any of the pages.

Please post an answer to the comments. There are so many people having the same issue and all you do is redirect to your support page. That’s bad customer service! especially when so many people are complaining.

Hi Rohan! we bought this plugin with another theme 7 months ago, we installed the plugin (we have a license code and everything) but never activate the license. We have installed 5.2v. and can’t update to 5.5v. couse every time support.wpbakery.com ask me about to import mi license from Envato but can’t find it. We know that any support have finished :’( but any help will be appreciated.

Hello, I have installed WPBakery through the XStore theme, and whenever I build a page using the backend or frontend editor I get an ecoding error. It will convert ’ to ’. However if I create the same content in classic mode (no WPBakery), it will render the characters correctly. Any ideas what could be causing this? Many thanks.

I’m experiencing a weird problem where the “textarea_html” doesn’t render any changes when it’s in the visual tab(tinyMCE). It’s a custom element. Weird enough my other custom element does work.

Issue with single image element

Hi WPBakery-support –

At first: thanks for your great editing tool. I’m a real fan, but I’mhaving an issue and I am not sure if you can help. I purchased 2 Themes that have WPBakery Visual Composer pre-installed, but I am having an issue using the standard VC “Single image” element in both themes:

Thanks of your clear description in the element backend; I know that I can choose the image size (thumbnail, etc. or pixel), as well as the image alignment.

BUT: When I’m choosing the pixel-option (as I need a defined image-height due to layout reasons), I have to recognize that my chosen left-alignment, seems to be overwritten by a default center alignment. As all my images where cut for a top- and left-alignment, this is really inconvenient for my purpose.

Is there a way, to force the images to be aligned to the left (and top)? I’ve tried for hours to find a solution via custom CSS, but I failed. (As an Image-Banner-element of one of the theme authors is working with a { position: relative; overflow: hidden; } command, that works perfect for my images, I’ve tried to find a similar Custom-CSS solution for the VC_single image element. I’ve tried it with commands like .wpb_single_image img { position: relative; overflow: hidden; !important; } or other. Unfortunately without success, because I’m not a WP-professional.

Though this issue appears using 2 themes including a pre-installed WPBakery, it seems to be a matter of a basic WPB-element. As I’ve originally planned to buy 3 WPB licenses to realize 3 other projects with a simple theme that doesn’t include WPB, I’m quiet unsure in the moment if this is a good idea. Because if the single image element only works with EITHER defined pixel size, OR left-alignment, and it is not possible to combine both, it doesn’t fit for the planned layouts.
