Are you planning on adding more viewports for the Responsive Options in columns? For example, not having to custom code for an imac screen size would be great.

Hello, The page builder can work only with the default WordPress editor. The short description is most likely a custom field and hence the page builder cannot be used to edit the same.

As suggested previously, you can re-confirm it by checking it on our online demo here: http://wpbakery.com/try The issue is related to some third party code (plugin/theme) which might be altering the page builder plugin. The plugin comes with six months of free support. If there is any support required beyond that, then the support tenure must be renewed. Once the tenure is renewed, you can include the login details of your setup in the support ticket so that our support team can investigate it further at your end.

IT IS A BUG… ive proven it many times over…
i know how to do process of elimination… i removed all plugins and left yours on there, it still produces those marks… now tell me why that happens? you still think that its not your software? if not, then where does your logic come from, you would do the same as me by disabling my plugins and you will find out the error still remains…
this is typical for programmers, dont like to think their software is at fault and like to blame us the customers… well, im a Power User of a PC and wordpress… and i can categorically say ITS YOUR SOFTWARE!

Hi.
I bought this plugin 2 years ago and not much used it until now. Since my support has expired and do not work to renew just for this help.
I’m having issues with converting 3 columns to 2 columns for responsiveness in smaller devices. When ever I change the 3 columns to 2 columns from the responsive tab, it pushes the 4th item into third row. Not only that they are not positioned properly either.

Hello, There is currently a bug with auto-updates in French version and it is already on our bug-fix list. A temporary work-around at present is to switch the language to English in WordPress language settings and then auto-update the plugin to switch back the dashboard language to French.

Hello, The plugin which which comes with the theme does not have a license of it’s own and hence it’s license cannot be activated to avail auto-updates. Hello, The issue is because you have purchased the plugin via codecanyon. In this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. HI! I’m trying to do a landing page all responsive, but i don’t know if can i do it with visual comp. i need do something like this landing page: https://www.klingmann.com/ it shows a large text above as if it were a title, and four items as if it were a menu. Hello, The issue is because you are using custom element added by theme or an add-on which is not re-sizing when the columns are re-sized at your end. You can instead use text block element to add the text at your end.

Hello, Yes, for each website you will need a separate license of the plugin. The same principle applies to subdomains as well. For example, if you have 3 sites with WPBakery Page Builder, then you will need 3 licenses.

Hello, Visual Composer Website Builder and WPBakery Page Builder are two independent products. Saying that they can’t be simply replaced one by another (yet, we have plans to write a migration tool later on).
WPBakery Page Builder takes care of the content part, while the Visual Composer Website Builder is a new product that aims to offer solutions for the creation of the whole website (ex. add logo and menu elements). Regarding Design Options, Visual Composer Website Builder offers a lot more features and libraries. Regarding elements and templates, we have a Visual Composer Hub that has premium class elements and templates that receive regular updates. In the nearest future, Visual Composer Hub will be open for 3rd party developers to offer their content.
