I’m using this tool for almost 3 years but currently, I stil can’t use Eform with the Exporter tool with the Wordpress theme The 7th. I use this theme a lot but if i want to export the data, i always have to switch to another theme to use this Exporter tool to export all of the data.
Could you explain to me how i can get this plugin working on this theme? Has it something to do with the jsquery? .. Can I fix this on my own?

I tried to export submission in CSV but the arrangement of fields are not according how it is arranged in the form, making it confusing specially I have multiple fields with same name like for example I have fields with “First Name” as title. Now it shows 2 consecutive First name fields in excel sheet.

It looks like values are being rounded of. Could you check the formula field of the XLSX to see if the original value is there?
In the formula field, the value is 3573034101790040.

116.4M!!!! This is impossible. The installed add-on takes 5x more space than: Revolution Slider, UpdraftPlus or eForm. 10x more space than Wordfence etc. We had to buy a backup plugin because your one add-on is simply monstrous.

This one has mPDF, PHPExcel and jpGraph libraries and that is why too much space is taken. Where as eForm itself is around 7MB.
Do note that majority of space is occupied by binary font files inside mPDF library.

Those are mpdf files. Please compare the sources with this https://github.com/mpdf/mpdf/tree/development/data/patterns if the file content are same, then you don’t need to worry.

I’ve a issue with your exporter plugin. When i try to export, the process goes well but when i click on download csv or xlsx the “Export and/or Form Deleted” message shows up. What does this alert mean? Especialy for “Export” because my form steel alive. And when i try the export report, i can see the “view report” but xlsx,pdf,xls and html shows a “Cheatin’ uh?” message..

It was a table error, he was looking for wp_fsq_export while wp_ was not the correct prefix!
A reinstallation of the plugin solved the problem
