I currently experience problems by downloading export in csv / excel or pdf format. I can’t download them. The system gives an indication that the export is preparing but when i click to download, i can’t download anything, the screen is then white and i only see the link: https://www.XXXXXXXXXXXXX.nl/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=ipt_fsqm_exp_xlsx_download&id=XXXXXXXXX (X – changed)
I’ve disabled all the other plugins but that wouldn’t solve the problem. Only if i switch theme but i need this theme for my purposes. I experience these problems on wordpress with theme The 7th installed.

With our past experience with The7 theme, issue comes due to JS error thrown by the theme which halts the process of our plugin. Please check if you can see any JS error in the debugger.
Most probably issue may coming to due incompatible version of jQuery loaded by the theme. Please try again to raise the issue on support forum with the details. OR you can contact theme author regarding the issue

Hi there, I’m struggling with pdf styling… what I want to achieve is to have answers below the questions in pdf. (100% width of row for each)
Right now the cell for answers is just like 10% of the row and they are impossible to read. How can I achieve this?

Unfortunately right now the only way to modify this is removing all table elements which is hard. For now you can apply the following CSS in eForm > Exporter Settings > Custom CSS.
table tr td:last-child {
width: 90% !important;
}
This will increase the width of the last element (where the answers are). But we do have plans to make it better in future.

display: block isn’t supported. It is a limitation by mPDF.
To change the summary table structure, look into includes/form/class-ipt-fsqm-form-elements-data.php file.

its quite hard to contact you via your support portal… I have extended the exporter license, but it still says in your system that it’s not supported. Anyhow, any idea why on earth the exporter puts multiple answers into one cell without any separation?
So if you have a question, eg. which colors you like? Orange, Brown, Red, Green, Yellow – you’ll end up having: OrangeRedGreen as an exported answer.

If you want to customize the PDF altogether, then you have to develop your own add-on (or have our service partner develop it for you). Right now, very little configuration is possible for the PDF. Your program is superb and meets 90% of what we need. However for 100%, it would be necessary to: - Assign a PDF design for each form - The PDF must be able to be generated depending on the “conditional logic” (example: If a box is checked, it will make appear (or hide) a text in the PDF)
We are currently working with a module that offers it but .. clearly, your program is much more complete and interesting!
As a result, we already have templates that we can pass to your service provider to create this module.

Are you talking about the page breaks before the tables? There are two things you can do to here. Put the CSS under eForm > Exporter Settings, PDF Style (CSS).
table {
page-break-before: auto;
}
html {
font-size: 9pt;
}
The above CSS would
1. Remove the page breaks before the table and will let mPDF handle it. 2. Decrease the body font size.

Unfortunately mPDF has an internal calculation engine which does this stuff. There isn’t a way to tell mPDF to place the header along with data on the next page while using the CSS above. That is why actually we had put the page break for all tables like that.

1. mPDF is what we use and we can not change that. It has the most stable and best APIs.
2. What you need here is a custom application. You can leverage the eForm send to url integration to send data to your application which would fill your PDF. If you are not comfortable developing application, then I suggest seek help from experts https://iptms.co/service

The static analysis is not really a way to tell whether a system is PHP 7 compatible or not. We are saying this because our servers are running PHP 7.0 without any issues (nginx, php7.0-fpm, mariadb).
So go ahead and safely activate PHP 7.0.

Unzip the content of /Plugin/wp-fsqm-exporter.zip . It should create a folder named wp-fsqm-exporter . OK Upload the folder to /wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation directory. Maybe you are uploading the wrong directory. Have you tried directly uploading the plugin zip file through WP Admin > Plugin > Add New?

It looks like you are trying to upload from cPanel and something within your server is blocking the upload. Could you please use FTP or get in touch with your webhost? I believe it is some sort of security scanning which can be resolved with the help of webhosting support.

Will work. We can not declare display properties with mPDF, but we can achieve the same using visibility. Opacity is there for compatibility.

The PDF application can not render the form, because it uses advanced CSS3 techniques. In PDF we can only properly print tabular layout, hence it shows the summary table.
