Hello, The plugin relies on WordPress PHP requirements which recommends using PHP 7 or more. We would suggest updating the PHP version on your server.

I am having a problem with the wpbakery page builder plugin, I explain I created a page with animation css FadeIn Down on all the blocks of text, when I scroll the page the animations are done well, but at the end of the page I have to go down the page for the css animation to be done.
Do you have a solution to my problem?

Hello, The advanced button is a third party element added by the theme or an add-on at your end. You can achieve it using our standard button by adding the link to pdf file in url field of the button setting.

False alarm!
Upon further testing vc_google_fonts_get_fonts_filter works with a default WP install and twentysixteen theme. It just doesn’t work with the theme I’m using (Valkyrie).

The WP Bakery Page Builder plugin appears to be conflicting with the WP Show Posts plugin.
Once the WPbakery Page Builder plugin is activated, the “taxonomy” field of the WP Show Posts plugin cannot be selected rendering the plugin unusable
I have contacted the developer of the WP Show Posts Plugin and they feel the problem is from the WPBakety plugin

I have gone back 5 years in posts here and it appears your plugin has a continued flaw of not working with find and replace plugins. Is that still true?
Hello, If you are referring to find and replace functionality which replaces urls in database during migration, then the page builder does not have any issue/conflict with it.

thanks for your fast reply but reading through the years of posts here it seems they experienced what we have. We took over a site and we need to do a find and replace across the site and it will not let us. tell me I should by support and set up admin access and you will take a look at it and I am good with paying.

I did not buy your plugin, but i did buy themes like be theme and that use your page builder too, and i have a big problem in few of my sites.
When i set the row and full with (any mode) my row and content float over the right side (my site is RTL mode) and only i could fix it when i put the row in div tag with style direction RTL in text edit mode and as you know i cant edit the page in visual mode, so each time should do alot of works for that. whats the problem and how could fix it, i have problems in few sites, and not others!

Oh i found when disable site RTL mode it fix, but my website should be RTL

Hello, You can achieve this with some custom CSS. Add extra CSS classes to both the rows and then using CSS media query: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_rwd_mediaqueries.asp control their display depending upon the screen size.

Hi There, Have you ever ran into the issue where the animation opacity in Safari doesn’t always work as seen here: https://prnt.sc/l3y6uo?
If I open up the developer tools in my browser and deactivate and then reactivate the opacity property on ”.wpb_start_animation” or the transition property on ”.wpb_animate_when_almost_visible”, then it will appear at full opacity again. But, of course, I cannot expect my visitors using Safari to do that

Hi there – I need to deactivate a license for a site that changed domains but the support portal isn’t letting me – it’s giving me that “License can’t be deactivated while still in use.” error, even when I deactivate and fully remove the plugin from the site. Hello, The issue is related to PHP sniffer which is used to check the PHP compatibility. If you actually update the server to PHP 7.2, you will find that there is no such issue.

My eyes cannot handle anymore the grey color of text within backend VC elements. I’m not talking about front end. I’m talking about what we see when we’re editing pages. Say I’m editing a page with various raw HTML boxes on it. I need to know what is in those boxes. The text there is already small, but #AAA as the text color, it’s unbearable. How can I make it #000 and it survive refreshes of the page?
Hello, You can change the text color via CSS by targeting it’s class/id. Since the change is required in backend, you can load the CSS code using admin_head WordPress hook.

Our theme is abandoning WP-bakery page builder because they say you guys have all but abandoned support for it. That you’ve stopped updating it as often and aren’t focusing on it as much. Was hoping you could speak to that.

Hi. Just a quick question, read the comments and came across this from another user:

In my theme I’m able to load VC page content within other pages using do_shortcode($page_data->post_content); and this works fine.
However, if I use ajax then only the VC shortcode is returned, it doesn’t get pasrsed. Is there any method or function available to get around this, will the above createShortCodes() work?
Hello, You can use WPBMap::addAllMappedShortcodes(); function before do_shortcode method, so that the shortcodes are executed, instead of being displayed in text format.

Great! Works like a charm. Only thing I notice now is the default js_composer_front-css and js don’t get loaded. This is because the page doesn’t include VC by default. Is there a setting where we can say always load js_composer_front-css / js OR perhaps “if page == x then load the js/css ?
