I have also just purchased another license and could not activate it on a regular domain name that is live and hosted on mendiatemple.net – The site was in maintenance mode so i took it off maintenance mode then got a different error message – Sorry, unfortunately we are unable to activate your license of Advanced Floating Content, Please try again. —Please help I have to licnenses and get either to work on multiple different servers and scenarios.. I have tried to activate license so I can see the section that controls the page settings and have no success. I am on Wpengine for host and the site is on development link for example thedominname.wpengine.com and when i try and activate license I get a message – You are using Advanced Floating Content on Localhost, Development server does not required to validate license. but I do not have the Controlling Options to set where to show floating content on what pages ? how can i fix this

I just downloaded the latest Advanced Floating Content upgraded using the link provide in your email.

The instructions asked me to upload extracted `advanced_floating_content` directory to `/wp-content/plugins/` directory on our web server. I don’t have access to WordPress folders and it’s always more trouble than it’s worth asking our web hosting company to add things to our WordPress directory.

Could I just uninstall the plugin and add it again using Add New button on WordPress >>>Plugins page or do I have to ask then to do it.

I still find it hard to understand the reason for making it so hard to upgrade. With ALL other plugins I brought, I just click on Upgrade link and it does it for me. In my opinion; having an update link/button is a sign of good service and it shouldn’t be an extra or manual process.

Could you let me know whether I can completely uninstall the plugin and then install the upgrade as I would install a new plugin?

Considering I can’t see the Upgrade link like I can see with other plugins it would be a lot quicker uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it again from the new version stored on our network.

Thanks for the Update, please make it look more nice by default, with Box-Shadow and round edges and maybe a nicer color, for all new Users, I found it looks pretty awful by default and I also had to do even more css, then the Options to make it finally look good. If you want it to sell better, you should implement that But else it’s good. Thanks for developing

Hello… I just purchased and setup on a client site and find that the plugin does not work in responsive mode without creating my own media queries to handle mobile devices.

I want the content to centrally display on screen and have to set large left/right margins (380 px) to do so.

Also it does not respect editor formatting unless html formatting is applied.

Lastly, it covers a significant portion of my footer instead of being inserted below footer content.

I’m disappointed and would like to request a refund.

After purchasing this plugin and getting over 1k impressions, I’ve got a large message on my dashboard panels asking me to leave a review. Both the remind me later and the I’ve done it buttons don’t work, and the only button that works is leave a review.

So I’m unable to remove this large box at the top of my screen. This seems pretty un-acceptable for a paid plugin. Is there any fix to this?
