Hi, can we create an URL of WhatsApp button and send in text messages so when a recipient will open that SMS and click on URL link, it will land on WhatsApp page? Please confirm

It’s more like a feature request. It can be really powerful if we can:
- Comprehensive page targeting
- User Page Location Message

Comprehensive page targeting

It would be great if we can deliver customized Welcome Message based on specific criteria like “page url”, “page title”, or “page path”. For example, I can set a customized welcome message like “Hey, are you interested in Blue Running Shoes? Help us find the right size for you!” for URL that contains “blue-running-shoes”. It can help you increase the conversion rate.

You can create a rules page for this specific feature.
For example:
Given the wordpress admin open their dashboard, they saw a “Welcome Message Pop-Up Rules” menu.
When they click it, it showed an ‘Add Rules” Button.
When they click the button, an option to ad rules to display a customized Welcome Message along with where to display it (Page URL/Path or Specific Page/Post) appears.
Then when they fill the rules and click SAVE button, a “ADD MORE RULES” button appears.
Then the when the customer visit that particular page, the global pop-up welcome message is overridden with the custom welcome message.

User Page Location Message

It’s a hassle for our customer service to figuring out which page our customer come from. It would be really great if you put a “page title” in whatever a message customer send.

For example:
Given a customer visiting a page named “Awesome Blue Running Shoes”.
When customer see a chat page, they type “Hey I want to know what size that suit me”.
Then the message that delivered to whatsapp is “Hey I want to know what size that suit me (come from: “Awesome Blue Running Shoes” page)”.


Technically it’s not that complicated, but it can help your product to be really really exceptional. What do you think?

I have tried the new demo but to be completely compatible with the GDPR law when I click to start a conversation the conversation can only start if I have flagged the GDPR field….... If the GDPR field isn’t flagged the conversation can’t start, and in your demo you can open whatsapp also if you ignore the gdpr field.

Hi, the plugin blocks a wide area around the icon – so if there is a menu item or button in that area – it is Blocked completely and not clickable.
