All this is also explained in the email that I sent you from your Support Ticket. The problem comes when I enter the Analytics section (See image: https://ibb.co/DCc0wmr), the data of any person who leaves their data is not registered, if a person clicks on the WhatsApp icon (to chat with someone), it does not register the click either, it does not register anything in that section.
If I am logged into the Wordpress administrator, if the click is registered, and if someone leaves data, if they remain registered in the Analytics section of the wordpress (https://ibb.co/DCc0wmr)
I explained all this to you in the email that I sent you a few days ago, I also attached the access data to Wordpress.
